Yes, I love that the line didn't say You give me the best of me, so I'll give you the best of you They instead said YOU'LL GIVE YOU THE BEST OF YOU. Cause they know you're already more than capable of doing that
@@rafaelsmith5737 Me too. It's a far more powerful sentiment that shows that they have faith in us and want to encourage us to take our power and aim it at ourselves too. I think that's what makes the Magic Shop concept so sustainable in the longrun. No matter what happens, we built it ourselves with their support and we have the key. So we always have autonomy in the Magic Shop to do it ourselves.

Heads up about Epiphany: The MV is only partial and very closely related to the storyline so go for a live performance or a lyric video to get the entire song which is important. 💜 (And yes, I was definitely one of those saved by this song. Literally.)

A comfort song for many ARMYs! Jk is the producer of this song. He's also the writer of the song along with RM and yoongi.
i cant even begin to describe how gentle yet empowering magic shop is. this song feels like a friend who's always by my side
This song is one of the biggest comforts. They dont try and offer meaningless platitudes but a deep sincere song. The idea at the end "you showed me the best of me so you show you the best of you" the way they ask us to love ourselves with the same care we show them care and love and "show them" we are loving ourselves. SOOOO heart filling. And Jungkook (with RM's help) wrote it.

magic shop is psychodramatic technique that exchanges fear for a positive attitude other then taking the concept to write this song, they also used it for the fake love trailer, where they all visit magic shop, but it's connected to the BU there's also a book that inspired it, "Into the magic shop" by James R. Doty

The microphone you're using is a "side address" style, which means it should be pointed straight up or even tilted slightly away from you so that you're talking towards the side of it.
