AWS actually can leverage their AWS and their recent years aerospace engineering venture into a new service vertical that Microsoft may not be as qualified to provide...SpaceX is more qualified than AWS but Elon has not yet start his cloud venture which I suspect he will in future...he is no dummy and should be able to see the vision of the common apps, simulation data etc between aerospace and auto vehicle engineering science ( interdisciplinary engineering ...usually the hardest of all the engineering ...that is why some universities such as U. Of Toronto offers engineering science program in its engineering faculty )...i suspect once Elon juggled out his AI stacks he will be starting his cloud next

Actually earlier than Steve Jobs....cloud computing already happened back in the 1995 to 1999 when EDS pioneered the computer service industry...in both PaaS and SaaS, with big international clients General Motors, Xerox and others, whose databases were centrally administrated by us EDS DBAs, including DR. IBM later built up its Service and overtook EDS as number 1. But seems the IBM CxOs got beaten out by an online book seller with a clear vision and AWS rose up during IBM's decline
