Teaming Up With Vice Grip Garage at Cleetus McFarland's Freedom Factory!

Derek from Vice Grip Garage was kind enough to ask me to team up with him for the 2.4 hours of LeMullets at Cleetus Mcfarland's Freedom Factory! Derek did a heck of a job of wheeling the Crown Vic to win the first half of the race. I DID NOT finish it out well, but we hung in there and made it to the end. On top of that, we had a BLAST!
I've implemented a very strict training program for my next race, and I will not crap the bed again!!! 😂
Do you mostly race dirt tracks? I'm sure there is a huge difference.
@@knoxy88100% dirt. And all high horsepower stuff that handles much better than those big crown vics! When I bombed it into that first corner, it didn't stick like I'm used to!
Hope to see you at Bristol if it happens this year and is NOT in the middle of hay season. Gonna hopefully come see a fella and a guy there.

Zach finishing 6th with some of the names you was racing against is awsome Pro rally drivers and world champion motox riders hats off is all I can say

It sure was cool when a Feller and a Farmer only lived a few hours away on I-94.
Derek is a driver that's for sure.
Like he says listen to and feel what the car is telling you and you know what you can and can't do with it ask him about drinking the cooler empty and stopping on every offramp for 15 miles to pee on the front right hub to cool it down and not ruin the spindle so he could just change the inside wheelbearing that he felt going out or watch the O'Reilly podcast he does the 1 with Matt from Matt's off road recovery he tells the whole story

Man you guys make a great team. Derek is so due for a win. He's been close so many times and looked really good at the freedom 500 last week. Cleetus has some huge names showing up for these races and im so glad you got in on this.
He's got the eagle for a burnout competition it's only time before he gets a superior vic and ends up in victory lane

Just watched Matt(Demo Ranch) at Indy Cleetus race. Tony Stewart crashed out on the final lap..crazy! Planting season, so I doubted you could make it.

Cleeter can only invite a certain amount of people, and he knew that my recent training program would basically guarantee me the win, so I'm assuming he was scared!

That's what I concluded. When I slowed down to keep the car underneath me, someone else would just punt me every time.

Le mullets its always a crap show. People always seem to abuse the track. Running in the grass and such. Slamming into everything wether its nailled down or rolling. Its always fun though
