That little boy that closed the door is my spirit animal lol
LOL YOU MADE MY DAY YOU !
It’s comedy gold
Yep "No thankyou, not today"
It'll likely happen to him too one day.
@@muddydog6605 Haha ! Exactly, "We`ll try again tomorrow...perhaps". Lol.
2:21 His dad growing his beard back gave him a life purpose again lol
2:21Hisdadgrowinghisdearddackgave
Lol and the 'I dunno' at 2:08 is still making me laugh.
I remember my dad coming home mustache-less from work when I was about 10.....I didn't let him in the house at first 😹 but then I recognized his smile
Loll too funny!
@@PeachyTV How do you misspell LOL?
That's absolutely ridiculous 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
@@Doodlebugthegoldenhamster Why do you assume it was spelt wrong? Actually many people write it like that sooo.
@@Vero2yu I've never seen it typed like that before. Oh well. I'll leave you be now.
These men's beards holding those families together man lol
Even shaving in front of the kids didn't help😂
In a parallel universe, kids surprise daddy by growing a beard.
In Mother Russia, beard grows dad.
and the parents cry in despair, just like in the real world again
The parents will run out of the house!
😂
Only in Ohio
My ten year old daughter screamed when she first saw me without a mustache, LOL. It was the first, and only, time since the age of 19 that I ever shaved it, I'm 70 now.
I would too after a review like that lol
@@merbearlorelei For us its the opposite 😂 I scream every November (Movember) when my dad grows out his mustache for prostate awareness. He looks so weird and amost creepy with a mustache.
2:39" You want me to grow it back for you? " " YESSS 😭" THE REST MAKES ME LAUGH SO HARD 🤣 " AND NEVER SHAVE AGAIN😭😭😭😭"
Facial recognition, it's a dads first line of defense against being replaced for not taking out the trash on time.
🤣
AND DAD NEVER SHAVED EVER AGAIN.
😂
Dad when hes 90 : beard straight to the floor
Let this be a lesson to yall. If you're wondering if you'd look better without the beard, look at these reactions! 😂 You dont. LOL
Beards are like makeup for men. Just sayin'.
@@PeachyTV Not at all. It grows naturally and isn't a chemical product that can damage your face in the long run.
I used to hate when my boyfriend shaved his beard I was grossed out lol
That makes you pretty shallow ngl
You must find men with bags over their heads irresistible.
🤭 The 2nd one that came out the room then closed the door on his dad. 😂
Im in my 20's and I still need to take a minute to recognize my dad without his beard.
I’ve never seen my dad without his goatee and I never want to 🤣
@@evanflorance4532bro my dad has had one for the majority of mine and my sister's I remember the first time he shaved I didn't know who he was
They experience cognitive disonance. They see elements they recognize like eyes, but then again lots of unfamiliar parts. To them something is completely off and they have feeling like dads are some kind of imposters. Especially since all of the dads stare at them with weird smiles, waiting for their reactions. It happens to adults too, you can see by reactions of wives and girlfriends it is not about looking better or worse, they know it is their boyfriend/husband but it feels like that is some stranger at the same time. Adults get the concept of hairs so they are quicker to overcome that off-feeling.
Yeah! I feel like a lot of their reactions are due to both parents acting different and suspicious like something is happening 😅
This is the comment I was looking for. And it should be pinned.
Like it’s uncanny right? Is that kinda like what you’re saying?
@@jonathanbuckley9982 Hahaha! Yes, Jonathan! Now i remember that was the word i was looking for back than. Uncanny. Thanks!
This is an example of how fragile we all really are. "Who are you?", might play a part for a moment, but the real pain is dealing with a change you've never seen, or even considered, before. That can happen your whole life...
Almost a black swan phenomenon, lol
Babies have a limited brain capacity to cope with changes, they thrive on repetition and routine. Furthermore, babies are incapable of managing their emotions and regulating themselves. Newborns especially can't even comprehend object permanence and once a parent leaves the room, the newborn's fledgling brain literally thinks they are gone forever, hence why they cry.
5:05 *You broke it* Those are the truest words when it comes to shaving one's beard
Aww i didnt realise just how scary that must be for some of them..its a different face 🥺 bless their little hearts 😄💕
The kids might think something bad might have happened to the father.
Yes. Doing this on purpose is mean.
Dads without beards look like stranger, danger two kids😂😂the guy your mom warned you about 😂😂
Beards are like makeup for men. ;)
And so do Dads who grow beards and come home to their kids. They should do one with beards and see the same reactions
Life is not a make up, you are immature@@PeachyTV
@@Paraclef They did not say "life is like make-up for men". They said BEARDS are like make-up for men. Which is true, it enhances their looks. I especially like the beard/mustache combo on my husband.
@@arganiaspinosa9122 Beard, hair, are not life growing ? They said whatever they want. Children when not yet corrupted by the human's lobotomy have their heart beating only with the Rules of the Beauty of Nature. Their father, protecting them and their family, should look like a Shield, a Beast, a Bear... not like a manchild.... This is like death upon them : Who is going to protect us now !!!! I understand that you can not understand what primal instinct is, hominidae.
My Dad had a moustache and when he shaved it (I think I was probably 6 or 7 at the time), I cried and told him he wasn't my Daddy anymore. I remember being legitimately VERY upset about it.
Don’t worry, the mom is crying much harder inside
Parents giving their kids their first real trauma and experience about loss in life on purpose 😂
I think the same. It's upsetting too for kids. If it has to be done it should be slowly and gradually. Like growing slowly and removing slowly.
2:23 such a sweet moment
Kinda sad that little changes in the parent's appearance can shock the kids. What if the changes are permanent? Like burns or scars? It's worth discussing how to soothe their fear
I can relate to the burns/scars part and yes, it def takes time to get used to the change.
this was addressed in one of the last episodes of "The good doctor", totally recomended series
I mean if it scars they will literally get used to it, they are kids. just like beards, the first time they have seen their dad without a beard so it’s unfamiliar to them. I’m sure the reaction is different 2nd time round
As kids heavily rely on being able to recognise their parents from the crowd, I think it is a very positive sign they are kinda distressed and scared at first. But it will be allright!
“You broke it!” “I broke my beard?” “Yeah!”
That one killed me
2:28 me when my hubby shaves his beard off bruh 💀🤚🏼🥺😂
Oh man I bet that's a bit shocking, huh??
Dad is gone and here is a stranger 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
😔😔😔
the second one was like: Oh no! mom's cheating, gotta go tell daddy! :)
01:35 with that crazy face I would freak out too😅
ikr 😅
Ugh I am crying with these little kids. Their fuzzy cuddle buddy is gone. It sucks :(
Ok dad's. No more shaving.
The babies act like they've been betraded!
This kids reaction is Gold at 3:24. The 'I dunno' at 2:08 is also still making me laugh.
I don’t like beards !! But I guess all the babies and kids definitely are calling me out !! So interesting that even the tiniest ones are so freaked out. Blessings from California !! 🐻
Can you really demand a beard grow back? ❤😁😁😁
Yeah!
5:10 i love little girl's pink bed so cute and her reaction was so genuine 💕
This is exactly why I will never shave my beard. Some of these kids were traumatized!
Most underrated comment on this video
Thank you for not finding the joy in upsetting babies/kids by shaving your beard arbitrarily. It is one thing to do it if it is necessary, but a whole other thing to do it just to illicit a reaction from a child like the characters in this video.
Lol.....you'd think they were seeing Mom with a beard !!
I remember my dad shaved his face and my mom hated it 🤣🤣
Total stranger entered their life that day
Yuppp.
That's how I felt when my husband shaved. I made him grow it back.
0:46 the betrayal
BBB= bring beard back 😅
I can get down with that.
Aaaaaaaa they will get use to it 😅it's a big change, it's so cute .
6:49 just when he thought it was going well
2:45 😂😭
The ultimate betrayal 😂😂
Conclusion : don't f***ing do this.
Gotta do that.
What did you say?
First bencher:- 1:59 Teacher:- Good question.
Amen,this is precious!
Awww too precious ❤❤❤
Moral of this video...kids want a father who looks the part...
They want a face they recognize.
They don’t like their papas looking like their mamas
Get over yourselves...Kids just want a father. Their are kids that have father's in the military of police where they are needed to shave and they never recognize their fathers if they come back with beards and take time to get used to so...It's just their cognitive senses take time to adjust. Any other theory is just bs
@Luke Austin I guess you are reading my comment all wrong but I won’t try to convince you otherwise...
They like fluffy Daddy
It's an all natural uncanny valley for these kids 😅
it is so fascinating. they simply cant process what is going on.
fascinating insight into a child's mind. LOL
❤😂😂😂❤ "E questo tizio chi è???". 🤣🤣🤣
It will take them a few days to get use to it. Some of the kids act it's someone totally different.
It def takes time!
7:24 the blank stare on bros face has me floppin’ yo 💀
There you go ladies the kids know best
I'd buy them 3 little ones around the table some plates for their dinner before an electric shaver
All of these kids were right. We look better with beards
How come every mom's voice is just same
2:27 and 3:05 funniest reactions
2:30 - 2:45 if I was a Dad, I'd start crying if I hear that, I'd be like "do I look that bad in my original form" 💀
3:12 you look scary whithout beards (was totally hilarious😂)
2:28 the best moment.
Its so cuute how kids OWN their Dads! The Dad is just a PUPPET in their hands hahah!
First criteria of being a DaD: u better learn to keep your beard😤😤
IN MY VIEW This is the first time I have seen children 'Explain' why they don't like their daddy's beard shaven off. (Why upset kids on purpose?) 1:40 The girl was startled not knowing who the man was. 2:13 The boy said he was sad. 3:07 The girl said 'You look scary."
Seeing some of the distress shown here I would be angry if my wife shaved off her beard to scare the kids
And heres the comedian. Well done sir
i always wonder why comments on kids videos are turned off. they can't even read!
I think it helps if you show them while you shave the beard. My dad used to do that when I was little. He'd ask for my 'help' clean his face and find his razor (it was still in the cardboard packaging). I'll watch him do it and he lets me touch his face in the spots where he's shaven the hair off. It helps
1:30-1:38 BUAHAHAHAH 😂 BABY WAS LIKE :WHO THE HECK ARE YOU?! WHAT HAVE YOU DONE WITH MY DADDY?! 😭
They are crying, because now Daddy cannot enter Valhalla anymore 😂
😂😂😂😂😂 mom is in the bathroom with a stranger..... I'm gonna back out real slow...close the door behind me....i need to find my dad 😂😂😂😂😂 You broke your beard 🤣🤣🤣☠️
Mean daddies!!
3:21-3:26 The Penguin meme THE REALIZATION
Yes this is all meme all the time. This is Gold
Yeah, well wait till mom shaves her beard 🤣
That's an ultimate betrayal. Dads stop shaving beard
"Are you even you"
So kids who don't have dads in the home are missing the beard experience. It's priceless
Among a whole lot of other priceless things.
Can relate, nowadays my dad lives in a different house than mine (Im 11)
Try "Mommy with no makeup" and both the child AND daddy will be scared and start crying.
Beardless gang let's gather here we have nothing to lose
Funny. I thought they would recognise their dads voice. How wrong i was?
its not they dont recognize them. if it was a stranger it would bother them so much. Its the cognitive dissonance. The first thing kids learn to recognie is their parents faces. Having that change is disturbing to them in a way they dont really undertsand
Aww poor little guy 😢 9:18
It's like something has been snatched away from kids. I also felt sad when my father shaved hus beard. Later, I felt sad when I had shaved.
That right. Beard is cool .
the toddlers i get, but the older kids crying like theyve seen a monster is ridiculous.
Change is hard for some people ...
give them a break man! lol
Yeah they better get over that. Change is something everyone has to deal with.
Like Clark Kent taking off his glasses.
7:09 my mans is shook
😂😂
This is a lesson for dads.
So awesome 🙏🇺🇸
all the kids be like "who's this molester''
Every face has a look of like " the utter betrayal,"
3:36 how was that music so perfectly timed?
They see their fathers' shame uncovered.
Where i come from we meaning my cousins friends forced our fathers to shave and when they do mums will take photos of them posing w us together. They look so much younger.
1:37 was epic
I remember being as young as three always wanting my father to shave. He never did
When I do this I wanna walk in the house with never before seen clothes
That's how us guys feel when the wife/girlfriend cuts their hair short. lol
That's how women feel when males get balder and weak after 25.
Memories of good times theyve lost associated with beards
