Led Zeppelin formed in 1968 and went on to become one of the most influential, innovative, and successful groups in modern music, having sold more than 300 million albums worldwide. The band rose from the ashes of The Yardbirds, when Jimmy Page brought in John Bonham, John Paul Jones, and Robert Plant to tour as The New Yardbirds. In 1969, Led Zeppelin released its self-titled debut which was produced by Page, as were all the subsequent albums. It marked the beginning of a 12-year reign, during which the group was widely considered to be the biggest and most innovative rock band in the world.

Be safe out there friend, things are getting freaky. (or frisky?) LZ is our happy place. When rock and roll was just good, and you could trust your government. • Ray DeSantis He sounds pretty decent on Kashmir, but most songs he can no longer sing in the original key and are a tuned down (some songs it works for but others lose their mojo). Heck, by 1973 he could no longer hit the high notes on most nights for Stairway, Rock and Roll, Black Dog, Immigrant Song, Over The Hills etc. No warm ups, constant touring, smoking and drugs all killed his top range. I think the no warm ups was the worst, as it may be why he had nodes on his vocal chords. Smoking usually seems to be more gradual in it's damage.

Nice to see OLD Zep boys rocken. And to see Jason on the skins! I only wish, they would for the hell of it, get back together! No new stuff required, just the memories of that time! Jimmy anche se è un Dio a suonare risulta un po' goffo perché poi qui è ingrassato, a me fa impressione rispetto a 30 anni prima quando era molto dimagrito causa eroina e quant'altro...

Women cannot get away with this so retired women performers have a hard time trying to stay in the music world. With that, knowing the other three wanted him to do justice to the songs as Jason Bonham you can see he’s not trying to imitate Bonzo instead he’s relaxed, in the pocket, and locked in.
