I had so much fun #Trying all of these #Viral #TikTok Recipes! I cant believe how well many of them worked. I might have to cook food this way in the future. We used a unique rolling pin, microwaved lemons, decorated cakes in under 30 seconds, tried to make whipped cream using only a jar, make the best cake pops and truffles ever with oreos and cookies, and more!

I remember watching nerdy nummies when i used to say i couldnt cook or bake. A decade later and im watching your videos as a small at home bakery business owner. Thank you for what you do.
That's awesome!❤
kuel :)
What’s your bakery business instagram!
Nerdy Nummies was the best!😅
I've been making those Oreo truffles for years! I think I started in like 2015 making them. I make probably about 100 every Christmas to give away with my Christmas baking. They are always a hit! People gobble them up and I'm constantly told how much people love them! It definitely takes work to get the technique down to do the chocolate coating but it's worth it!
Our family has done them since the 90s! We've given up on making them look nice, they're tasty either way, but we definitely always refrigerate them a second time after they're shaped, lol. eta: And a third time, after they're made they just live in the fridge until they're all eaten.
My aunt has been making these for about 20 or 25 years. She somehow magically makes them look perfect. Mine turned out more like the ones in the video when I tried it, LOL.
I love making those Oreo truffles too! I'm glad she picked up on freezing them, that was such a vital instruction I received in my recipe, bummer it didn't make it to the viral part.
Ro giggling at 420 was so epic
I don't fully understand it...

I’ve been watching Ro, since 2015 and here we are in 2024 and she still impresses me with her talent and videos!!🩷🙌🏼
I've been watching since 2013
@@CrownedLily I remember first seeing her in Dodger's music video in 2012 and then again skydiving with husky the year after. Good times.
Same for me! I still remember the chess cake with Kurt!
Me ...who finds her today 🥲
ive been here since she had cookie! (her dog)
For the oreo truffles, I can see a few ways to make them better and less sweet. One, you can add some sea salt while mixing in the food processor or top them with sea salt after dipping them in the chocolate, which will help balance the sweetness. Two, you can dip them in dark chocolate, which is naturally more bitter than milk and white chocolate. And three, choose an oreo that is less sweet, such as the peanut butter, dark chocolate, or lemon-flavored oreo.
We always use the bittersweet "almond bark" chocolate (no almonds in it, but it was originally used on nuts like almonds) that is made for coating things like this and chocolate covered pretzels. Basically chocolate candy melts. They're still sweet, and you wouldn't want a whole plate of them, but one or two after dinner is a nice little treat!
I do mine in dark chocolate to help with the sweetness
i coat them with cocoa powder and its very good
I love Ro's energy! She's so sweet and it makes me want to binge watch her other videos

i love these types of videos when Ro was working with the oreos and said “pulse. pulse” all i could think of was the lady in game of thrones saying “shame. shame”
I loved those other videos !!! So glad you’re doing it again !
Can you try some tik tok recipes for us? Not just sweet ones but some unique savory recipes too?! That would be a nice change of pace and i would love to see you try unique Tiktok recipes!!

super good job Rosanna ❤ looking really nice thanks for sharing .
I made the Oreo truffles before tiktok was a thing. I make mine with white chocolate and I freeze them before dunking them. They are also good with mint Oreos
Im so excited for this. You’re my literal childhood. I remember singing my best friend your song ❤ even if she’s not anymore, I still appreciate the good times :)
Thank you for trying out the TikTok food Hacks. I love watching your videos so much Ro😊 The Sugar Cookies cake pop looks yummy😋
Everything looks delicious! Ro seems a little different in this one! A little sassy, I think I like it! ❤❤❤
Thanks for always making Saturdays fun. Especially on a Saturday after having to put a beloved animal darling down after 18 wonderful years. Luv you, silly Ro ♥️

I loveee watching Ro try TikTok food hacks I've seen all the other ones and I was so excited for this one. Love you Ro❤😁🥰
I Love the TikTok Food Hacks and i love it, thank you, Ro 😍💕
Sugar cookie ball pops and Oreo truffle balls were my favourite hacks Ro ❤
I'm surprised you are just now discovering Oreo Truffles, but I am glad you got to try them! I wrapped mine in gold foil and attached little gold wings to make them a Golden Snitch for a HP themed party, which turned out cute. I prefer to make them smaller sized and coat them in dark chocolate, since it is so rich.
Those cakepops are definitely going on my list for parties. I love cake pops but making the dough takes time. The last cake pops i made were the geode cakepops from your cookbook and everyone loved them. I even have your candymelts pot. I love all your kitchen products.
loved the video and Ro you look absolutely amazing as always
My mom has been making those oreo balls for 15 years, I can't believe you've never heard of/tried them before! We use white chocolate though ❤ Absolutely delicious
Loveeee uuuu Ro ❤❤❤❤❤❤ and your videos!!! You are incredibly amazing!
The oreo truffles are an old and yummy hack! Even using different flavored oreos are fun--I've tried mint and chocolate hazelnut ones. Delicious!
I love your videos Ro you always make me smile.😊
I LOVE the oreo truffles!!! Adding a little bit of peppermint flavoring and some crushed peppermint candy on top is now my favorite holiday snack!
I sandwich sugar cookie dough between two sheets of parchment paper, so I don't have to add any extra flour to the cookies. I also use a yard stick cut in half as dough guides... I like the flat yard sticks, because they don't roll away when pressure is applied to them.
You always make My day ro! Your passion and dedication are amazing! Hope you have a great weekend! 🥹🥹🥹🥹❤️❤️❤️❤️
Great video of the tik Tok food ro 🤗
I love your black hair! It’s gorgeous!
The whip cream method is great for getting the end of jams or spreads in jars. I've put heavy cream in a raspberry jam jar and, after shaking, I got whipped cream with a light raspberry flavor.
I made those Oreo truffles (one recipe vegan & another standard) for Christmas 2022 gifts. Everyone loved them, though in moderation because they are super rich, as you said. I do remember freezing them hard before dipping. I've seen some of the tips before, though some I had not. I agree with you on your conclusions. Thanks for testing these, so we know if it's useful or not worth it.
I love your videos ro!! awesome video 😊
I love these videos so much please do more!!!
the cookie one I'm going to try! 😊 Thank you Ro
The chocolate looks so delicious and the chocolate chip cookie too. I enjoy it so much . Thank you. 🪞✨
Ohhh my gosh!!! 420 gorgeous 🥰 you honestly made my day babe ❤
Ro! You are the best! Longtime fan! Your dynamic is such a joy to watch! Your dedication to your craft is a true inspiration! Another video of you is another day made more bright! I’m so proud to be a member of this community! You're Truly Fire!
I like using the Golden Oreos for making truffles as I feel it helps cut down on the richness and dipping in semi-sweet baking chocolate.
I love the fun you bring to cooking. ROFL 🤣
I have missed these videos! Thank you Ro for posting😁 Ro can you do another video with testing kitchen gadgets with ijustine? I love those videos too😁🙏
OMG ROSANNA DROPPED IT!
Oh the lace trick is so cool! imagine doing it on like some black icing! the contrast would be amazing!! or with some edible glitter!
Oh my goodness. I remember oreo balls from my childhood and I'm like a billion years old. So cool to see them coming back around
The hack I was taught for crispy edges and soft centers is to let the cookies sit on the baking tray for 2-3 minutes before transferring to the cooling rack after they’re baked all the way. I usually do 2 1/2 minutes and it’s never steered me wrong 👍
Omg Ro I love your videos ❤ and as a baker I love when you do baking things ❤ continue doing your amazing content ❤😁🤩
Omg!! This video just popped up on my recommended and now i remember watching you on KZhead kids when i was little, and i now i just re-subscribed!! Love you and your videos so much!!!
This literally made my day. Thank you so much.
with the lofthouse cake pops - after inserting the sticks, put them back into the fridge for about 10-15 mins to make them increase in density and hold onto the sticks when you dunk them
Hi! I am so exicted! I literally watched all of your videos
For the Oreo truffles which I've been making since 2005 with my mom, we would dip them in a darker chocolate or a semisweet chocolate. It helps balance the sweetness at least a lil bit.
Omg I remember those cookies from the message on the server lol. Epic vid Ro! Best KZheadr ever
Girl you're so cute, sweet, pretty, and funny! I LOVE your videos!!! Thanks for everything you do!!!!!
I like using cool whip lids, frosting lids, things like that and you can trace a design on them and use an exacto or something like that and cut them out and use those with powdered sugar for Dusting decorating devices, also works with cocoa powder
I've made the Oreo cake balls multiple times, and they're best if you put fresh raspberries in the center! Gives that tart that breaks up the sweetness a bit.
I make the Oreo balls all the time for Christmas and they are MY FAVORITE DESERT EVER!!!
I love this channel so much
Hi I’m London and I’ve been watching rosana since I was 4 she is the reason I fell in love with baking. ❤
I always put my Oreo balls back in the fridge/freezer before I dip them. I like to top mine with a little sea salt or salted caramel to cut the sweetness a bit. The Lemon oreos also make amazing cake balls.
I recommend people trying the Oreo truffles they’re really good yes they’re rich but if you like that you will love them! We make them for Christmas and make them lumpy for “coal”
I used to make the Oreo balls all the time for a treat for friends during law school and people always loved them!
Watching your videos always put a big smile on my face
The pan tapping is how subway gets their cookies to have that crunch on outside but still soft and chewy inside
We love the Oreos, but we do it with peppermint. We also make them in cubes by freezing it in a block and cutting it into small squares. Then we refreeze and dip them in increments of 5. So we leave all the others in the freezer and swap out a new one when we put.the completed 5 in the freezer.
Hello ro! Leaving a like for honey! Wish her all the best! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
The cookie cake pop recipe and oreo truffles I have done versions of these with all types of biscuits. As I am from Australia I may have different biscuits or cookies to US. First try was with mint slice, which is kind of like a chocolate covered oreo with mint icing in the middle. My first try I soon discovered that the dough was a little too soft. I also had flecks of chocolate that did not really mixed. I then placed the dough in the microwave for 30 secs to allow the icing and the chocolate to melt into the cream cheese a little. This helped the cream cheese to stabilise a lot more. My recipes was a packet of biscuits to 1/2 a block of cream cheese always, I always refridgerated between mixing the dough and also forming the balls. If no chocolate on biscuits I added a little melted chocolate to the cream cheese to help it stabilise a little more. I love doing this recipe with different flavoured Tim Tams, ginger snaps (with added crystalized ginger pieces. I always used dark chocolate to cut the richness. I also have added fruit powders in there to intensify the flavour and cut the richness. My other trick was to make my own decoration for the top. a little homemade marshmallow fondant (marshmallows melted in the microwave with a little water and icing sugar to form a dough) This brough a s'mores type of feel with the top decoration tasting of marshmallows. These truffles never last long when I put them out and are very quick and easy. Hope these tips help 😀
I actually made Oreo "cake" pops for a friends wedding years ago way before tiktok was a thing. They're so easy and yummy!
Love tiktok recipes! Among my favorite are the pesto egg-in-a-whole, baked feta pasta and soufflé pancakes! Thanks For this ro! Huge fan from Colombia! Hearth please ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Idea for the lace hack, ice in white frosting and dust with cocoa powder so it looks like the lace design more. OR edible glitter for fun color and shine!! Fun fact, I know from experience you can still gutter ball with those bumpers 🤣🤣
I call the Oreo truffles, Oreo balls and I find rolling the balls before you chill makes it easier to dip in the chocolate and I use white, milk, and dark chocolate.
I love love your videos they are so amazing!! 💕😊🤗😍🌈🎊🎉
I’ve made those Oreo balls several times and I always freeze after rolling them. And now I wanna make them again cause they’re sooooo good!
I’ve made the Oreo truffle balls and they are so easy and so good. I don’t know why you had issues with them falling apart after dipping, I never have and I don’t chill them very long before dipping.
It’s OK Ro, we can be geriatric Millennials together. More Lofthouse cookies for us.
The oreo balls are a family favorite we always put them in the freezer to cover with almond bark. They are awesome if you use mint oreos.
Ro - I just love it when you try out new hacks to see if they work.
Loft house cookies don’t really even have a particularly stand out flavor but that soft fluffy texture in my opinion the reason I like them so much is that they taste like back in the days when my biggest anxiety was that I couldn’t color in the lines as well as my kindergarten art partner and one of the boys in my class kept Yankin my ponytail!😣😂 😊mmm nostalgia is the Best flavor ever lol
I love how every one of your videos have you funny flare to it
the way i’ve been watching her since like 2013
I LOVE THE GREENS IN THE BACKGROUND COUNTER KITCHEN
Love all the hair changes lol. Hair down, up, add the lace!
Please do more of these there so entertaining!!! And now you have inpired me to make your cookie recipe today!! 😆🤣
We make oreo truffles/cake pops all the time! Sometimes we just roll them in powdered sugar or cocoa powder. I prefer to dip them in dark or white chocolate. You can do this with all the diff oreo flavors too! Fun, easy, & delicious.
Oh also, add less cream cheese to make them less...soft. and don't use double stuffed because it's too much cream filling.
Those Oreo truffles are so good! My grandma always makes them!
I’m a 2000 baby and all my friends up to 5 years older than and younger than me (as well as me and my family) grew up with Lofthouse cookies and they are still a staple at a get-together!
Oreo truffles are the best! Been making them for years, just add a bit less cream cheese if you find the coating part hard
I Want To Try Your Choclate Chip Cookie Recipe:) Good Video

Oh man, I'm always so impressed by how Ro and the team stay totally on trend with the video editing and the types of content y'all are putting out, and I'm sure this video is edited the way it's edited to be more appealing to folks who use Tik Tok and it's just following the general video editing trends atm... but it's also really intense like these are some fast edits and some zooms and it's all the time and it's like a lot. Anyway, super fun video as always, I just thought y'all might appreciate the feedback that I can see what you're doing and why but it was also pretty intense in a 20 minute video
I make Oreo balls all the time for parties. They are always a hit.
Ro please try making the viral burnaway cake trend. I would love to see a tutorial from you. Thank you in advance!
You can buy little rings that go around the edges of any rolling pin that work the same way as the chopsticks, and they have written what thickness it rolls out to!
Hello everyone, good viewing🐼😊
