  • That lipstick maker is $350 and sets of three pigments are $89. Say I bought this and I wanted to make reds, pinks, and cool nudes - my shades. It's $350 for the device and another $270 for the pigments. That's $620 total. At an average of $15 per drugstore lipstick, the cost of this machine is that of 42 lipsticks. Which is more than my entire current collection, though not my entire lifetime.

    • what you guys fail to understand is the target costumer is not you anyways. it’s for make-up artists who work with high end celebrities or influencers. or i don’t know, a celebrity or influencer themselves who have shit ton of money. so writing this like someone would buy this product without seeing this comment doesn’t make you look smart, it makes you look stupid.

But the people she's influencing are NOT the target audience for this machine, and young people, teenagers, whatever, may be stupid enough to go buy it anyway. Hence, this comment.
