    • @@karenbertke3149 This is the famous Kitty Genovese case. Famous that is because of the legal ramifications to do with the complicity of the onlookers. The "bystander effect" as it's known resulted in several countries making it an actual legal duty to call the police, punishable with imprisonment if there's a failure to act; France for example. An interesting legally and philosophically mind-blowing conundrum, I'm just glad that I live in a civilised country where human decency and even Christian duty perhaps, do not have to be regulated and put on a Statutory basis.

He noticed that he something was wrong which is why he deactivated the cruise control?? What if his car pulled hard to the left instead of veering to the right? He could be dead or killed someone else. Scary. • Is it considered rape or sexual assault when your drug a convicted predator and have several homosexual men get on top of them and penetrate them? Asking for a friend. That POS abuser in the first video, I have his full name, social security number and other information. I've created several dating profile apps for him on several homosexual dating sites and went into full detail on how he likes his anal cavity to fizz. I wonder if he will start treating women better after he gets penetrated by a couple of men against his will. On the descriptions when I created the dating profiles for him, I'm encouraging someone to stand by and record the whole event just to use as revenge porn and blackmail purposes. And to repeatedly send it to him to the point where he kills himself. By the way this is not the first sexual predator that I have done this to and it probably won't be the last. And in case you're wondering, I'm not breaking the law or doing anything wrong as I am protected by the first amendment. Creating dating profile apps and encouraging this POS to get pounded is protected by the first amendment.

    • Tbh whenever I got in my first and only car accident, The only noise I made was a noise of pain because I braced my entire body on my right shoulder because I had to slam the vehicle to the left to try to avoid the collision, from that moment on and not a word was said in the car until I was pulling over to the side of the road and my boyfriend was on the phone with 911 while I was calling my father because I was driving a vehicle he owned and he's also a mechanic so I needed him to tell me how fricked the truck was. The girl that hit me pranced her way over to the truck took a picture of the license plate while giggling to her grandmother, she was joking and laughing with her grandmother as she approached my window. I rolled the window down and she demands "I need your in insurance info" I just gave her a completely emotionless stare and said "The police will be with us momentarily" Rolled the window back up and refuse to look at her. She immediately burst into tears and her grandma started screaming at the top of her lungs "POLICIA??? POLICIA!!!!" And they both just stood there for a minute as if I was going to say another damn word to them. When they realized I wasn't even going to look at them they walked back to their car which was in way worse condition than the truck I was driving because they had a small car and I was driving an SUV..... I was physically shaking but I was emotionally out of it. This girl lived less than 100 ft from the stop sign that she ran.... Which means she literally backed out of the driveway, punched the gas, was speeding through the stop sign, went through an entirely different lane of traffic to get into mine cuz I was in the inner lane of a two-lane road, Hit me (with her 8-year-old brother in the car with her) then proceeded to act like it was my fault...... And yes she tried convincing the police it was my fault.... Even though I was on a main road, going under the speed limit cuz I had just passed train tracks and was coming to a red light, and she had a stop sign that she ran through. No they didn't believe a word that she said, Yes she was found at fault, My parents insurance paid for all the repairs to the truck, I'm still driving it, My boyfriend got a minor concussion cuz he was in the passenger seat which was The side she hit, and I had a sore shoulder for a couple of weeks. The only reason is that there weren't more severe injuries to both the people in her car and in my vehicle, was for the fact that even though she was coming right into my blind spot, I for split second caught something white moving very fast and I immediately slammed to the left, which more or less made the front ends of both vehicles smash into each other rather than getting t-boned. I was driving an older model SUV that had a very sturdy frame, if she had t-boned us, well I can tell you right now she wasn't wearing her seat belt, so she would have been through the windshield, and my boyfriend probably would have been more injured cuz it would have crumpled part of his door. I knew she wasn't wearing her seatbelt because whenever she hit us I looked directly into the vehicle and saw her sitting there without her seatbelt on. Every one of her airbags went off, every single one of them. Me and everyone in my family has to regularly drive down the road that her house is visible from. We got to watch over the weeks of her father trying to rig the car back together. We don't see that car there anymore so I guess they couldn't fix it. It did give me some little bit of sick satisfaction to know that she screwed up so bad and hopefully her family was mad at her. She I think was 19 or 20 and if she had actually been apologetic I might have felt slightly sympathetic for her just making a really stupid mistake, but the fact that she was all laughs and giggles until she realized there was consequences and she not once apologized..... Oh yeah no I hope she got some kind of injury in that accident that bothers her for the rest of her life, not something debilitating but just you know maybe some arthritis and one of her bones that every now and then it aches when it rains and it's just a constant reminder that she pulled a stupid stunt and now she has to live with it.

I was maybe 15 minutes into my drive. It was around 3:30 am local time. As I am speeding along I suddenly see what appears to be a very decrepit man pushing a shopping cart full of belongings coming from the other direction. Mind you its 40 minutes by car to get to the next town, and there's barely any room on this highway to walk given there are mountains on either side. To this day I still think about it.

  • 10:30 That's one out of two reasons you ALWAYS clear the roof and hood as well. The second reason is; If you never clear the roof ,the first time you drive will melt the snow upon the roof. When your car stops and gets to cool down again a sheet of ice will form between snow and car ceiling, basicly freezing the whole thing stuck to your roof. When you then begin driving again, the ice between your roof and snow will melt, and then the entire thing is basicly free to slide which ever way it pleases. All it takes is one case of just enough brake application, and the entire probably solid sheet of snow and ice upon your roof will slide forward and onto your windshield, if you haven't cleared the hood either, it may well get stuck there, blocking your vision forward until you get out and clear it in person.

I've randomly lost consciousness seven times in my life and they're the reason I don't drive. Crazily thing is I only need six months without one to be able to get my driver licence legally. That's fucked imo. I stay off the road cause it's safer for everybody. I'll probably never have my license but boy I bet it makes life easier. My fear isn't even that what happens to Mr cornfield happens to me. It's that happening and me taking out a family of four who's just minding their business. They come on in five seconds. There's no warning signs. Doctors don't know why it happens. Focusing has something to do wit it I think though. I've been told it's epilepsy, or vegus nerve response, maybe blood sugar related. The docs don't know. They don't worry me by now, health wise. I just wish I could justify saying fuck it and starting to drive. I've floundered on this my whole life. I've had two cars and sold them over the years because I get my permit and then it happens again. It's been three years since an attack at the moment. I was thinking about getting my license again recently. This video put me back to never driving. It is what it is right.

One of the *safest* places somebody can be when there is lightening around is inside a car (providing it is not a soft-top or not a convertible that has the roof down at the time) because the metal frame of the car conducts the electricity *around* the occupants, making the car act like a Faraday cage & shielding the occupants. To put that into context, even if somebody was merely walking outside wearing clothes that contained no metal such as zips or buttons, for example somebody wearing shorts, t-shirt & flip flops, and if they were not carrying any metal objects like keys, phone, a watch, necklace, or rings, they would be at *far greater* risk of being struck by lightning than somebody sat inside a car.

Maybe at a safe distance I would report it to the police but otherwise I ain't gonna do crap. If it's a prank, cool. You got me. If it's real, I might save a life with that phone call. If it's a scam, I ain't fallin' for it. But the real motivation for all actions I would take is raw, unadultered fear. I get scared too easily.

      @mrgus1@mrgus14 ай бұрын
    • @@mrgus1It is not savagery. Many humans are capable of occasional vileness if desperate. They will cause an accident and risks many lifes so they are dangerous. If they decided to work as a temporary group, it means that they are quite determinated. It is the worst situation. P.S: there are worst humans than them in EU (and in the world). And they walk freely. People are sure oblivious.

  • The airplane landing shown was in san marcos, which probably 50 miles away from San Diego. A plane did land like that in san diego too though, but on the freeway. There are dash cams of it as well. Kind of conflicted about those landings anyway, approving to land on the street knowing full well youre putting multiple peoples lives at risk, people who chose not to fly an airplane that doesnt work.
