No doubt he is amazing and both RM and BTS have been through a lot but there are many other good leaders especially in the k-pop industry as it so hard to survive in this industry and when you are in a group with different people having different point of view it's really hard to be together and at that point it's all upto the leader to carry out everything smoothly . And to make things clear I'm not hating or disrespecting anyone as they really hold a special place in my heart without them I would have been in severe depression. It's just the way things are💜💜💜✨🥺✨💜💜💜

I'm a new fan I was part of the hive mind that was to make fun of it but seeing struggles that they went through seeing how they overcame that and came to be the musicians they are today is nothing short than inspiration and yeah I think they're really amazing and outside of jimin and Jungkook that man namjoon is my favorite he's very inspirational.

Real leadership is so rare in this world. There are lots of people who are given the role of a leader but they don't have the skill, competence and spirit of a leader. RM has all three. He treats his team like people he cares for instead of products to be used to further his success. He seems to care for each of them as individuals instead of caring about them as a marketable group. It's such a true brotherhood. As a Baby Army it makes me so happy to see the love on his face and in his voice when he interacts with his brothers. It's no wonder they are loyal to him and love him back. He earned their trust and respect. Such a rare thing in the music industry to find people who aren't just in it for the success, fame or money and truly value each other. I could watch videos like this all day. So wholesome! 💜💜💜

ever since I became a bts stan, I have been a jimin bias but as I always say, no matter what, namjoon will always have a special pedestal in my heart just because his the leader. He is incomparable. I mean, can u imagine leading and earning the respect of 6 very talented, very passionate, driven and strong people in such a demanding and harsh industry?? And to be able to do that unfailingly for years?? without losing yourself and the members? also remaining to be humble and grounded?? with not so much as a scandal??
