15:44 I've heard many envoys say Firestar drops enemy turn meter? How so I cant see it in her kit am I missing something? Ive seen others say it too, is it just the Slow she puts on?

Aha found it its Cloak's kit affecting Firestar, 'when enemy has Offense down reduce their turn meter' I wonder how many battles I might have screwed up not knowing this.

Even if he killed BK first, He already known that he would lose that fight, so he kill weaver first to make the second attack more easy
