  • It's just so sad that some people take the saying, "The Customers are always right" too hard. They see this as a right to abuse employees of stores, many who are at minimum wage. Seriously, if these people were gone from the world, than these terrible customers will probably not have anything to have. Employees who don't reach expectations are better than no employees at all.

    • Which is funny because if memory serves, the ACTUAL quote was coined by Zig Ziglar and was, "The customer is always right IN MATTERS OF TASTE". That means if Karen wants to buy pasties and a thong, then by all means YES, but if the store is sold out of those items, a shipment didn't come in, they don't have the colour or pattern she wants or they just don't carry them outright? Karen later claimed she freaked out when she started recording cause she was afraid of losing her job and apartment. This was a 6 part video posting. Google it.

    • I saw this video on another channel. I felt bad for the woman recording because nobody seemed to be helping her. There were other customers telling her to stop recording because the “Karen” was having a mental breakdown but nobody came to the person recording’s defense. And it took entirely too long for the security to show up. The video I saw was really long and they let that woman scream like that for what seemed like forever.
