For 3 days, me ancient and I tried to catch as many fish, crabs and creatures as possible to cook up one big seafood feast! It turned out to be 3 of the toughest days of fishing and crabbing we've ever had on the coast.....
Keep trying new things and leveling up in real life!

Thanks for supporting me guys I appreciate the love I'm doing better these days 💕
@codyhodges3639 glad to hear you're doing better Cody. I've also been there before. One thing that doesn't stop for anybody, is time. Fight through it til tomorrow and continue doing so and before you know it you'll be in a better place. You got this man!
Hahaha same ace just seems like such a nice and well mannered person who’s also good at fishing so I hope one day me and ace can collab
That Gator wasn't stalking y'all, he was waiting for you dudes to do the work and hook a fish that he could steal from you. You guys were in no danger.
Says the Florida man.
Sounds like a gator paid you to say these things.
@@Cxnfucixus😂
True
As a Florida man, you are so incorrect. 😭 those type of crocodiles are way worse because their saltwater and its actually was stalking them
I saw your Dad's Veteran hat,thanks for serving. I'm a Army Vet IRAQ May 2008-July 2009
“No cap, as the cool kids say” had my dying 😂
That weird fish at 29:20 is a beltfish (not ribbon fish) and Koreans love it
YeH I thought they only lived in deep waters like where the sun don’t shine
I really enjoy your longer videos fishing with your dad. Glad you fellas get the opportunity to do this so much. I’m usually solo when fishing so having a partner is a rarity for me. SC is one of my favorite states to fish in. Great variety of spots and the summer weather is top notch. You fellas should hit up Michigan for a trip sometime! Lots of beautiful places to fish for some freshwater fun. I sure love it.
The connection that you and your dad share is absolutely beautiful ❤
The gator is getting cleaned up. What the gators do is go into the ocean to get all the nasty muck and stuff off them and kill off any parasites from the stagnant water their usually in. There’s one in Long Beach, NC that regularly does that and now has found that he can get free meals by doing it at the pier.
Those are diamondback, terrapin turtles. The only brackish water species of turtle. Super cool. Then the turtles “jumping on one another” was them breeding 😂
The gator wasn't stalking you, he was waiting for you to start fishing. He wants to steal your fish. They'll wait up around docks and piers all the time around here. If he was stalking you, you'd never see him
if your in town i would be happy to take you guys fishing on my boat on the Wando River. Or show you a great flounder spot on Sullivans Island.
“No kidding, or no cap as the cool kids say” 😂😂😂
I love that you guys pray before each meal man. The Lord definitely deserves the praise for providing so much for us!
The "snapping turtles" are actually called diamond back terrapins. They are a species of brackish water turtle
Me and my wife love watching these videos Ace! Please keep making these “eat whatever we catch for 3 days”. I’m an avid fisherman but my wife is not, but watching these videos she loves to see what happens and now I notice she likes to explore more with eating the fish I catch and she loves it! Thank you for these videos, it’s a real inspiration to us! 😁🤙🏾
That fish with wings was called a Sea Robin
Love the video as always and love watching you with your nephew! Looking like the best uncle!
That's his dad... but get what your saying
15:46 Out of breath Me Ancient sounds like Ace Ventura 😂
I love your relationship with your dad and your nephew! So wholesome! Letting your nephew help with the prep and cooking was awesome. Nice job, Uncle Ace! Also, praying before the meal… awesome! 😊 I lost my dad about 2 years ago… this brought back so many good memories of fishing with him!
It is great to see the wonderful relationship you and your dad share. It is so much more than many of us ever had. Thank you for so many great videos Ace and the chance to feel a part of your adventures.
I was just watching Kendall Gray’s video from yesterday and he was using your seasoning on his catfish. He said it’s the best he’s had on catfish.
the thing you called a ribon fish is really yummy i used to eat it alot byut mky moim has started to buy it less and less
and from my personol experience with my mom lol its best to just cut its up to like 4 or 5 piece since its thin and than lke fry it its very good or you i forgot just use a pan of fry it on idk but its best to cut it up to multiple piece
I'm so jealous of your tent setup that is the coolest thing I've ever seen regarding Tents.
That young man is the best. He sure loves you Ace 👍👍👍👍🙏
The turtles you were droning over looked like Diamond Backed Terrapins. As a UMD grad that would be our mascot. Beautiful brackish water species. Have only seen them a couple times in the wild. A little rare. The “ancient”just let go of a blue crab which may be the best bait you could have used.
"no kidding. Or no cap as the cool kids say" had me Rollin
Two very cool moments in the video, Me Ancient putting his finger in the mouth of the baby shark, and seeing an alligator in the ocean. Me Ancient is really skilled at the casting net, as well. Great video, I don't think I would have had the stomach, to try the jellyfish! Looking forward to the next one, God bless.
Uncle Ace giving Crockett nightmares with the ribbon fish head. That's what uncles do. Oh, and show the kids awesome roof tents. That, too.
That ribbon fish as you call it is actually good food and very easy to cook and eat. Just salt it, and of course cut the guts out, no need to do much more as there are no scales, just cut into manageable segments and fry, the meat just comes right off the bones. In korea we eat them all the time, and they're very tasty. You can also cook them in a stee or give them a light batter, but the best and simplest way us just salt. Very tasty with rice.
The best kind of video!
The crab was not having it! Love the vids Ace, keep it up!
Ace saying "no cap" is the funniest thing I've heared all day
It was so unexpected
that alligator was probably a saltwater croc and those things are a lot more aggressive than freshwater ones
Nah they don’t have saltwater crocs in South Carolina
That no cap caught me off guard 😂
This is the kind of day I need, bop around and see what I find. Enjoying nature and seeing the sights.
Love your videos, love that you still enjoy fishing with being respectful to nature and everything! Thanks for a good watch
I started off this video with a laugh as my best friend is quite considerably younger than myself (in his 20's). Anyway he has lately for the past couple years been calling me " me ancient " We looked it up and saw the movie he got it from (old black and white), so yeah he calls me that a lot, I've never minded it. Coming from him is a sign of respect...I'm 60.
That's not a mama turtle with her baby, that's just a male turtle trying to mate with the female while she's trying to eat. Turtles don't care for thier young. Lol.
Crockett is a smart kid! Hang out by the food get free food 😂 genius
Love seeing your old pops come fishing with u such a cool dad bro
Ace the minnows you caught at the beginning of the video are called glass minnows. just a little piece of info
5:30 - those look like southern diamondback terrapins! epic!
you can tell how much he loves his nephew, very nice
I love you and your dad's relationship. 😢 I wish I had one like that .
ive eaten the bigger ribbon fish called a belt fish they look the same haha, they just scored it and cut it into square chunks and deepfried it salt pepper garlic it wasnt bad, boney but still good. in italy they farm mullet its a staple fish there they poach it. they cure the egg sacks in salt and slice em thin like truffles over penne pasta or grate it
Jesus loves you all❤️❤️
That’s a great ending with the kids. Good sharing and getting them used to trying new stuff. Fun! Thx for sharing Ace. Watching from Ontario Canada 🎉
Chunk-n-wind here too. I need to keep myself occupied!
Those turtles you saw weren’t mama and babies those were mates trying to get it on with her, that’s why they kept trying to get on her back.
Those turtles are terrapin and they are in breeding season😂 they getting frisky
Them Oysters !! I would of sat down and had a feed for sure 😂
I hope Crockett likes fishing and the outdoors lol. He will be the luckiest kid ever
this vid came right at the perfect time. thanks ace and me ancient for all the good stuff. love you guys
Dude I’ve been watching since Covid lockdown and I love this channel so much. Positive content it’s great
Loved the video! And the kids! They're so cute! The part where you guys were joking about steal, run and cook 😂😂😂
33:40 out of any boat, that one cruises by while you're there lol
YOU CAUGHT A EXTREMELY RARE FISH FROM JAPAN !!!
Hey ace i have an idea you should do a catch and cook backpack on your website that includes everything to fry your fish on the water/shore. Include your seasoning 👍🤤
It could be called the “Ace Pack”
Youre super awesome w the kiddo. Love the see it. Teaching and being cool w him. Hes going to be solid w great examples around him🤙🏼
That was a chaoticly fun trip with your ancient!,lol! Some good and weird catch! And your nieces and nephew are so cute and kind!!
For jelly fish you need to soak it in fresh water and rinse and repeat for multiple days, once it’s to the saltiness you like you can cut into strips and eat raw with soy sauce or however you like to prepare it
I wish I had a dad.
Did he still not come back with milk yet from the store ?
@@kennycavanaugh5191thats not funny bro
its hilarious man.. its a joke people are to sensitive these days@@ham.burger69
Other people might not find that funny.Specially if there father died from traumatic event, so please don’t be saying stuff like that because it is not funny
I feel ya same here bro ❤
Ace: thats a gator an alligator Salt water croc:says what you cattching Ace:big alligator Salt croc:im dipping
The jellyfish slime in the bag reminded me of leaving a parrotfish in a bag overnight. I really liked seeing how the jellyfish turned out once fried - I didn’t know what to expect! 🧂
29:30 you guys caught a silver belt fish
I love seeing the kiddos. So sweet! god his little voice 😭
Ace is by far one of the most underrated KZheadrs there is! His videos are always the best! Keep up the awesome work my friend!
Hey Ace Just subscribed after stumbling across your channel. Great content, really enjoyable and your a very likeable and genuine guy 👊🏼 This week I’ve watched your last 3 years of vlogs 😂😂😂 looking forward to the next one 👍🏼 Paul from (England 🇬🇧)
9:00 that looks like a stonefish and those can kill you 😂
31:50 ace sounds like a fan boy for that gator😂
The fish you called a ribbon fish is actually a super cool fish known as a cutlassfish. They belong to the same order as mackerels and tuna!
SO a cutlass fish is a type of sword fish?😉
Now do we get a Micah and ace vid now?
It'x actually called a Belt fish and is one of the most tastiest fish :)
54 minutes of ace and me ancient, doesn’t get much better than that. Hope y’all are doing well!
That was so sweet of you to walk the crab down to the water! Amazing
This was an awesome video... Everything about it
I spent 34 years of my life, Growing up in Florida thinking toad fish were also poisonous until learning recently they are actually not.
same except 31years lol
Such a precious little helper you had there in the end!
31:46 Ace: OH LOOK THERES THE GATOR hes looking at us. 👋😀
Let's go it's my bday turning 12 and my favorite youtuber posted let's go
Happy birthday
Happy bday man! Hope you catch a big one the next time you go fishing!
Throw a handful of flour in the water 30 sec before you cast the net and you might be surprised of the yield
This is low key a secret bucket list to live off of the fish that I can catch and cook. Great video.
You guy's make me smile the hole time i'm watching you. your so fun i subscribed. thank you LonnieRay Ca.
Casually me ancient just seeing if the baby shark will bite him.
“No cap” 😂
“As the cool kids say”
Ace can come to the cookout
Nice video. Looks like a creek in Sullivan's island that I crabbed and fished as a youth.
Hey ace, i watched these two guys catch fiddler crabs by digging a bucket into the ground and placing two planks working as a corner wall and guiding the crabs in. They got 2 bucket loads in the matter of 5 minutes or less!
Subbed at "in Christ's name amen." Nice.
The "batfish" was a Sea Robin!
It’s great to see you and your pops again. I’m envious.
Very cool video through n through, funnily enough the most interesting part to me was seeing the kid learn how to pour the bag
the gator is doing a catch and eat human video😂
Can you do a video of ALL of your cooking equipment? I noticed that when you cook you used different type of cooking tools from pots, pan and heat source.
Loved all the creatures to sum it up, cool jelly 😊
Love coming home from work and watching your videos !
the “batfish” is actually called a sea robin
No sh!t
I’ve caught a couple off the pier in SC. They are tasty!
The ancient lol
i saved this video yesterday for a time like this, I just did an hour of intense yard work swinging a pickaxe to loosen up the extremely tough dirt (a shovel can't get through an inch of that dirt even when i jump on the shovel) and I am dripping sweat and just got a glass of cold water to sit at my desk and watch this video because these are my favorite videos on the whole planet. As soon as I saw the cast net I immediately was interested and started to cool off.
U lucky guys,rain in the summer. I live in Iraq it's like a hell 😩 😭
Those were diamondback terrapin turtles
