  • This guy, 21 years of age, is doing the exact job he should as a journalist. Bravo.

  • Wwe and HHH don't want press to challenge them and ask ifficult questions! It was a legitimate question! They need to publically apologise not just quietly send gifts and notes! Hoping that's enough!

    • Yup. Or just don't do press conferences. I'm sure they only started doing them cos AEW does, but there's a huge difference. The AEW ones are much more relaxed and genuine. There's no other way this question was gonna get asked so it was fair.the response from HHH was bs, and Fightful are by far the very most credible wrestling source. At the end of the day, it's their business so they take their credibility seriously.

    • WWE should run press scrums AEW-style: avoid answering _any_ questions, don’t even begin to address anything, just gaslight, lie, bloviate.

    • I'm sure if they got asked about why they do it tho (which is AEW) that they'd act oblivious...OR tell us how they invented the press conference. I personally like listening to TK (i genuinely love his overall booking, too) and i don't mind if he waffles on for hours, least he's a genuine guy who does this for the fans. The WWE conferences are sanitized af in general and they're just meh..... and i still can't watch the product... #1 it bores me to death. I like exciting creative wrestling considering it's the most important part, surprisingly enough. #2 i don't support bs promotions that don't wanna be pro wrestling yet seek to destroy anythin that is. They're just an awful company. Got love for the wrestlers tho and it's great that fans who are into the WWE product are getting a much better version.... again, that wouldn't be happening if it were not for the real pro wrestling world, which is waaaaaay better.

    • It’s a story nobody cares about except for a few stragglers with egos. Triple H is untrained and unequipped to handle non-softballs. His defense mechanism is to discredit / be aggressive. There are people at these press conferences who are literally acting like fans and half of the answers are kayfabe. If you don’t know what to expect with these things nowadays, I don’t know what to tell you. The way this story has been stretched for content is ridiculous. It’s an ego massage. WWE apologized to those they remotely care about and ignored the rest. These pressers mean zilch and all of this is a big waste of time
