He's seesawing, like most cash game players do. A great cash game player wins consistently. This guy is winning a big pot, giving it back, winning, giving it back, etc. This also isn't a style that goes anywhere in large tournaments.
@@Zenigundam he is a cash player, what matter is what you bring back home at the end. Usually good cash players aren't that good in tournaments

I’ve watched your videos for awhile now and I have to say a few things. I’m a producer and the quality of your videos is great. Your humble and have great poker etiquette. I know its hard to play poker while having to focus on recording everything going on. Also spending hours editing the videos yourself. But many people enjoy your videos and learn a lot about nl holdem since you explain your plays thoroughly. You built yourself quite a large fan-base and I feel like the number of subscribers you have will double or triple this year. Good luck and hope you run insanely good this year 🎉

Dude I am just happy when you survive these types of stakes. I can honestly say though as I have been subbed since the early days you definitely read your opponents well. You were making great calls and bluffs back at the 2-5 5-10 stakes. The amazing thing is how fast you've been able to jump up in stakes with continued success. Getting out of this session with 70k profit is sick but it's crazy to think that it's actually quite a small profit when the size of the game is considered. Anyways Mariano I just want to say thank you for sharing your life and passion with us and may all your cards be live and your pots be monsters ! Good luck.

Nice run! I’m going to have to come to LA for higher stakes. All the Vegas games over 20/40 are private. Went to PCA and the cash played very small. Hard Rock in FL was even smaller. Looks like LA is the only choice these days.

The "Short Film by Mariano", I love that you do not swear, I love the drone footage, I love how you analyze a hand, I love how you end the video (hand over the camera lens). Of all the VLOGGERs I follow, you are in my top 2. But HOW do you expect the average poker player to relate to $25/$50 or $100/$200 when you are playing SO MUCH deeper than any 2/5 or 5/10 capped game? I'll watch until I can't take it anymore and stick with the VLOGGERs who do lower stakes. Still, great work and good luck at the higher stakes. May all your cards be live and your pots be monsters!
Mariano, you are a Str8 inspirational G! Interesting comparisons as I'm grinding it out at The Garden's at 2-3 as I am watching this. I too am a Citrus College Alumnus and my 1st Job was at Pizza Hut too, even though I'm probably 20 years your Senior. Keep smashing, I dig your mindset and obviously your confidence comes from the work you've put in. (also watched you on Nick's podcast) My goal at this point is to partially make a living at the 5-10 level but for now I'm content grinding 2-3 to make my monthly nut. Hopefully I'll get to sit down with you, Rampage & Kiran sometime next year!
