  • Must have some really good neighbors to be able to let deer walk and grow to be 6.5 years old only on 120 acres. it is all about location for sure. Love your trophy room and that you are God driven. Keep up the good work Don, I admire you and you are a good person.

  • Such a great episode - thanks to Don for taking the time to record with the Exodus team. Thankful for folks like Don that take the time to teach others and flatten the learning curve for chasing whitetails.

  • Was watching the story of Mel Got me thinking of this past year A friend of mine shot the buck I had been following for a few years here in New York At first I was like damn it Then I got to thinking This guy had lost his dad three days before Christmas the year before Two days after Christmas his firstborn son was born As I get older I can’t help but feel there is a greater power making this world a better place He was certainly way more deserving of this deer I promptly called and congratulated him on his harvest Thank you for being such an inspiration ✌️🙏❤️

  • Congratulations sir on the big bucks harvested over the years! It's amazing such big bucks were harvested off a 120 acre farm. It shows how well you managed your property.

  • Wow - what a trophy room. Deer antlers are fascinating in how they can be so dissimilar to other bucks that might come from the same dam, sire, and habitat range. Congratulations on an exceedingly successful hunting career and continued good fortune moving forward.

  • He said trump was the first deer he seen in the 10 hunts for him but he said he killed that other buck a couple days before that makes no since he said he killed Smokey on October 15th and then trump on October 19th but then says he hunted trump 10 different times and trump was the first deer he seen in them 10 hunts

  • Here’s the thing-It’s not really a 200 Incher if the Net Score is Below 200 Inches which all of them are-Mel is actually 197 Net which is your biggest buck so technically you don’t have any 200 Inchers-I understand why someone would want to go by Gross Score but in the books it’s net so Mel isnt 220 he is 197
