I love these types of video's I also love making sure everything is organized. I do meal preps that I can put the freezer that are healthy and easy to cook,we also eat lots of different types of salads.Brown rice is healthier. We order out once a month.

i think probably like 200 of the money was for house stuff to though
but also its sad but if you want to eat healthy it costs more… my family and i buy all our vegetables from whole foods and its real expensive but its not processed. So you have to pick one either cheap and not healthy or expensive but your eating healthy
They explained how ALOT of it was stuff for the house. And u already know how all that stuff can rack up a bill real quick. Toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, etc…. That was and EASY $200 probably for them
Well they got things for their house as well but it's also just more expensive to eat raw and healthy. It's dumb but that's the world we live in. Glad they're able to prioritize their health and get healthy foods!

The organic peanut butter is delicious and also Peanut butter cookie cream 😋 those pancakes are so good and loaded with protein. I put blueberries or raspberries in them and use the organic most healthier maple syrup or we use organic honey 🍯

Magic Spoon def is such a great healthy alternative to the sugar loaded stuff. The added protein is amazing…but it’s sooo expensive…I only buy it when influencers have a discount code.
You could put oats for oatmeal or nuts in a cereal container to add to it
