@Adventures With Mongos and people are blaming torts for this ???? If anything torts is trying to set him straight, yet people call torts a bad coach since laine doesn't want to play defense. Torts has other issues, this is not one of them
@@Pijonty If your team sniper is continuosly playing lower than second defenceman it's something coach should do about. Laine plays defence more than second D.

Laine really just doesn't do defense does he huh
Actually he does quite lot defense, here he's 3 times trying to back up defence mistakes. He just ain't good at defence. And since looks like CBJ defence is too offensive he don't get to scoring change before CBJ loses puck. Imo team has done something wrong if they give counter attacs were defence is taken care by Laine and one defenceman. But I guess he plays the way Torts wants...

C"mon guys give Laine a break. New city, new atmosphere, new linemates everything takes a certain amount of time to settle. He is an elite sniper when he adjusts and gets his confidence restored. This drought will end and he is gonna prove himself as an asset to the jackets.
