Mandatory 12 grades of completed education along with a minimum of 10 full years of active service as a judge just to begin with. The only ones who would "suffer" from such new rules would be those unqualified for the position in the first place.

I suggest, 65 years of age (the end of your business life), or natural life, whichever comes first. This would eliminate anyone from sitting for decades, entrenched in exorbitant authority and power. VERY important to create immediately! On SCOTUS, that would immediately retire, Thomas 76, Alito 73, Roberts 69, and Sotomayor 69. Thank you for your service! Now go home!
