    • Google “Neal Katyal NJ democrats” and find the story about how he is representing the unelected party bosses in upholding their “county line” system in my state. I respect Neal and the work he does deeply, but that was two days ago, and I just can’t understand how that’s a pro-democracy move. Troubling.

  • I think the cases would have been brought. He has been treated as if he’s above the law. I’m wondering if it’s because he running for President. He is a criminal and a traitor. He deserves to spend the rest of his life in prison. He a despicable human being.I pray that justice will prevail.

    • I’m of the opinion that running for Office,ESPECIALLY the HIGHEST office in the United States, would have appealed to a malignant narcissist such as tRump, and that is how EASY it was to convince him to run for Office!

    • The world is run by people far worse than Donald Trump. They just don't prosecute each other unless someone steps out of line. If you don't believe that, they have you where they want you.

    • Judy Woodruff's solution to this problem is to stress the urban versus rural divide and change in current state boundaries. Has she thought about the end result of this?

  • It is the opposite of what trump and his people say. They are right to say there is a two-tiered system of justice at play but it is SO BLATANTLY tilted in trump's direction it's unfathomable. Anybody else would be in jail so long ago, on the documents case alone, that all the gagging would have been moot!

  • Hey Neal Katyal, I deeply respect the work that you’ve done for democracy. You have a great insight into federal prosecution and domestic terror. Thats why I have the following question: why did I hear 2 days ago that you have chosen to represent the opposition in a lawsuit that aims to end the “county line party boss” system in NJ? Why do you think that is a way to uphold democracy? You’re really representing the people who want to keep the unelected party boss system in place? Is democracy only important on a federal level?

  • I love Neil. He is so intelligent, and able to explain, in layman’s terms. I’ve learned lots, since I’ve been watching Neil’s videos. Between him, Harry Lipman, and the Meidas touch network. That’s the o;Lu place to get the real facts on the case.

  • Any political figure, will be scrutinized more than the average person. When you have no rules or no limitations and you have friends with money, people don’t question your actions. Doesn’t make it right that’s the way it is.

    • @@torstimyle1355for me there is a big difference between 1. "forgotten to give back some documents that are not so dangerious " and when has been asked for, given them back immediatly " 2. " working at home and sending Emails from the home Account, trusting in safety of this account" AND 3. Taking THOUSENDS of highest national secrets, also nuclear secrets, with me into my private home. Beeing asked not once not twice but several times, and denying to have them. Giving a written letter from my laywers, you got them all. Then getting red handed with many many cardboards full of these papers everywhere in my home where everyone who comes can see and look at them. Telling foreign visitors about them Telling " these are ON MY OWN" Boasting about them to foreign visitors. OMG, this never ends. No, there is a very big difference!
