May I suggest either flushable wipes: Dude wipes or Cottonelle wipes? My adults sons love them. Also, consider approaching the manufacturers, Dude Products or Kimberly-Clark for a paid endorsement. They are biodegradable and designed with consideration for the septic system; just flush a couple at time. You’ll have a nice and clean ‘bum’.

Nice tips except for the last one. That’s not always possible. To avoid fast food. I think one cheat meal per week is good but to be fair as long as you exercise everyday you can eat whatever you want. I've never used it bidet before but I can't help but imagine that it's pretty wetting up parts I don't want wet or projecting some of the brown, corn, green up out of the toilet into the air, imagine that the bidet water is cold. TP then to the shower and if I'm out of the house, shower soon as I get home or to one

I think one cheat meal per week is good but to be fair as long as you exercise everyday you can eat whatever you want. Just listen to your body and think how you will feel after eating whatever it is that you’re craving and if you genuinely want it then have it.
