"The Lexus brand doesn't have the prestige like a Porsche does" Never understood this mentality; if a car is good, it's good, damnit. I live near an area where Porsches are a little too common, so the novelty has worn off. The LC500 is one of my dream cars, and I wish to own one someday to stick it the Porsche hivemind.

she is absolutely off auto journalism trends. LC exists for 4 years now, LC Cabrio exists for almost a year. When lots of car journalists (savage geese, exhaust etc) buys LCs as a new classic because of its purity, she talks about 2x expensive Porsches. facepalm

I bought an LC because it’s a beautiful car and it can be a growler in Sport+ mode. It is a blast to drive. I am confident it will out perform its competitors in service issues and service costs. I don’t really care about the “prestige” thing.
@@ChokeItDown I guess if 0-60 is your only criteria it might seem ridiculous to you. I don’t do much flexing at traffic lights. I love the Golf R . However it cannot compare to the LC in design, fit/finish and quality interior. Not familiar with all these small “family” cars that are fast. But is anyone really interested in driving a family car?

I drove one recently and am stunned to hear her say she wishes it had more go. It was magic. She misses the point slightly though. It's not a sports car. It a GT.

Underrated car. good looking, nice interior, great daily driver, not super fast but fun amount of power (especially being NA V8 rwd), good sound, and mods are crazy. Getting an exhaust makes it sound even better, and the wide body kits are insane looking

I saw one on the dealer’s show room floor and knew I had to have one. Traded in my beautiful yellow corvette. The design will hook you, the interior will floor you and the exhaust note will seal the deal. It’s that beautiful and a convertible too, oh yes🏖️

When i first saw one of these i thought it was a half million pound car....."Stunning!" (This was also one of the only cars that Doug Demuro gave a 10 for quality)

I honestly believe this is the most underrated and misunderstood car on the market today. It is a luxury grand touring car in everyway - if you compare it to other GT cars, the LC 500 appears to be the best and brings the best value. I am blessed to have one on order and it will arrive in May or June of this year 2022. I was looking at many other sports cars, but looked at the type of driving I wanted to do and a world class GT car was perfect for me and the LC 500 was the best fit for me. I have watched countless reviews on this car and most just don’t get it. But I am okay with that, as then it will not be parked on every corner. Well done Lexus - I love the design of this car and can’t wait to be driving this amazing car.

The most stunningly beautiful car
It all comes down to what you want. I've owned Porsches including a 911 cabriolet. They're fantastic sports cars! When I wanted a fantastic GT, I traded in my 911 for the LC 500 convertible. I got what I wanted. No regrets. The Lexus fit and finish are superior to anything else on the road.

It's great education and entertainment watching your car reviews - and I've watched a lot of them over the years. I actually love that car. Its beautiful, sounds great, and looks more comfortable than the majority of sports cars. Its sad that Lexus doesn't get the respect it deserves.

Love everything about this car. One recommendation for Lexus is to consider a hard top convertible. I think they age better and doesn't take away from the car design when closed.

Lexus makes beautiful cars! It is my top favorite brand. I have a Lexus RC350 f-sport and I took out the mufflers, and straight piped it and added spacers! You get the sound you want out of this beast and its looks like the perfect sporty sports car with a dash of Lexus elegance!!!! LOVE IT!

Really love that startup scene. It reminds me of the Rolls Royce in a way. The moving speedomteter is really cool. It's amazing that this car costs $100,000. Love how the car sounds. Love the interior as well especially the red color. Gives the car a more fierce look in my opinion. That locking mechanism is really unique. Overall this car looks alien to me. So unique. Love it.

I LOVE THIS GORGEOUS ART IN THE FORM OF A CAR! I am a fan of Lexus, I don’t car so much about speed because in the USA speed limits are very restricted. I love the sound and the shifting is like a stick shift to me, which I am also a fan!
It took 5yrs for the engineer to perfected the exhaust sound ,thats the reason for that beauty tone.its more of GT car not a full form performance sports car.

Exactly, nowadays cars are so over hyped while companies like Lexus have far much better design and a proper interior scheme. Just because cars like lamborghinis and ferrari have more recognition people think cars like Lexus aren't comparable while its interior design looks better than most sports cars. An example is her McLaren costing at a $400,000 price tag doesn't even have automated seats that you can control, its manual. The interior doesn't stun me either as much, has a very plain look to it (this is just my opinion). I would take a Lexus LFA over a ferrari or lamborghini any day if I had the choice. No hate, this all is just my opinion. You don't have to agree with it.
It would be a great buy at around $65,000. I would take the 911.

This has been my dream car ever since i was young and ever since this was release, i wish to get it.
Amongst all these KZheadr, and auto analysis. Now I understand why Supercar Blondie is very popular. Not only does she knows what car enthusiasts are looking for. She has her in depth analysis, and especially attention to details. The way she goes through the details just blows my mind. Another word, she has done a lot of homework before presenting it in front of her audience. Well done, her team and Alex herself deserves all the credit.

I dunno, I've watched several car channels and honestly this presentation has no personality and the editing is just not good enough. I'm sure people watch because of how incredible the cars she gets access to is, dunno how she does it but props for that. But the reality is most of the videos are surprisingly boring considering how incredible the car is and you don't really get a full idea of the car because of the poor camera work.

I really like the car. I've never cared how fast a car is. For me it's about the ride and comfort. I"ve never owned a convertible but this car has sold me on it.
