Embraer’s Praetor 600 is the Brazilian company’s flagship business jet, itself an evolution of the Legacy 500. The name Praetor is derived from the Latin for a Roman magistrate, and Embraer Executive Jets v-p of design operations Jay Beever explains how the name relates to what the aircraft does for its owner.
The $21 million dollar super-midsize jet offers performance and range improvements over its predecessor, thanks to added fuel capacity, new winglets, and more powerful engines. With a range of 4,018 nautical miles, passengers will appreciate the new interior design, which the company calls “Bossa Nova” and takes inspiration from the boardwalk at Rio de Janeiro’s famed Ipanema Beach.

Just incredible how far modern technology has come.
Beautiful machine and reasonable in terms of price
Thank you so much for the tour and showing the sleeping conversion’s
Can wait to fly one of these birds in a few years
One sweet ride, if I was a billionaire I would definitely buy this jet long range for a very reasonable price tag.
Its not really a long range jet
Thank you for sharing this aircraft..
The comfort of the cabin area is very nice. Yes, the divan and cabin chairs look so nice. And the range is very good for the coast-to-coast transcon flights and those nice Los Angeles - Hawaii trips.
Beautiful aircraft! ✈️
good plane
cool show Mr BEEVER
wow i did not know brazil made a private plane
what is Noise Level EPNdB on Embraer praetor 600? #Aviation #International #News
nice music
Management for me would be great. This is DeAnna
Wow Tnx bro good brother good business ok good
This is just like the DC-10
Thank you for the presentation, is he single pilot certified?
Nope. Only phenom 300e and phenom 100ev support single pilot operation.
So what enables this lovely aircraft able to fly 500 NM further than the equally lovely Longitude?
700 kg more fuel
Beautiful aircraft! Would love to see what the 8 club seat configuration looks like. Would the flight attendant sit on the lower seat in the full size closet? Is the cargo area accessible during flight?
you're right ,the cockpit with its control column is the top of goog taste , unwatchable at all🤮
The first half of his tour, the naming of the jet, and explaination might raise a few PC eyebrows
I was think the SAME thing and can't stop laughing after seeing this comment 🤣🤣🤣
PC obviously has not made it to Brazil. Enjoyable nonetheless.
Love the jet, but you’re trying too hard to make a connection to the Roman Praetors. It’s not necessary. Great name though 😎
Great aircraft! Actually it looks better than gulfstream.
Better hope there's not an emergency that requires exiting the plane while someone else is taking a shit 😂
Why are all these jets cabin height so low?
Praetor Business class Jet full space by Embra.R
Can the praetor 600 fly with one pilot?
No
If u money why take a chance flying with one pilot .. I rather feel safe with two pilots
Donde understand why private Jets don’t have lie flat seats ??
Couch looks nice for children or anyone under 3 foot tall, is there an adult sized couch option? For millions it should come up higher than my lower back
It cost 21M
Capable bird. Slightly pricey. I would like to see skinnier jets with long range. So you don't need super waste to cross the atlantic or go to hawaii. And while they are at it why not pressurize to sea level. At FL600.
The higher the pressure differential between inside and outside, the more stress is put on the plane, which reduces lifespan, and the stronger it needs to be, which increases weight. More weight means more fuel burn and shorter range. All of these factors would combine to increase the overall cost of operation and eventually fares.
@@letmelick Of course it will need the structural strength for the pressure but I figure that a single piece composite fuselage could basically not be flimsy enough to where it couldn't handle even the full bar pressure difference of space. It will need some strength in and around the door which I don't think would be too significant and of course the cockpit windows which I think could be smaller anyway with better cockpit design. basically move the pilots forward and together which would also increase the usable volume of the plane. The further back in the cockpit you sit the more massive a panorama of windows you need. For a single pilot aircraft you could imagine glass not much bigger than a helmet visor in the extreme case or even zero cockpit glass and fly virtual. Like the Concorde should have done. Had it done that they might have shaved 15 ton off the weight. No small difference.
The marketing speak is just hilarious. A plane that "serves" its a "servant to the owner" 🤣 Corporate & marketing speak is like nails on a chalkboard. He is of course just doing his job but its still nails on chalkboard. Nice plane though!
That bed is cool, until you realize your head is resting on what was the ass cushion just 2 minutes ago.
🛬🛫🛩✈
No shower? What do you think? That we travel like animals?
4000+ NM & only one toilet.
Its an aircraft, not a hotel
Lmao the backstory of the name “praetor” is terrifying. All this stuff about servants and servitude on a private jet … seems a little Epstein-y
You can bet the people rich enough to buy this thing are used to be "served" anyways. I suppose the aircraft name was choosen to resonate with them, not us.
