400g flour
300ml warm water
50ml oil
10g yeast
1spoon salt
Mix all together at once until combined the cover and let it rise 30 minutes.
After 30min fold each side with wet hands and cover again but this time wait 15min.
After 15 min place the dough on the floured surface cut in shape/ size you like and place on the tray with baking paper.
Bake 20min till golden brown ( adjust temp to your oven)
