    • yes you will need a speech in these type of events they provide topics on which which you have to prepare yourself for as a delegate

    • if it's written full name then you have to add full name and in surname yes you have to write your last name for e.g, if someone's name is rafia khan then khan is surname....

    • sure you can tell your brief intro and why you are interested and all if there's an option to add link you can make video on phone and make sure to look professional and upload it on google drive and add link there after generating it otherwise you can simple just upload the video if opyion is available
