  • 10:23 Hey Bford, if you’re wondering Lenny Pidgeley played as goalie for Chelsea which was apparently his first club. He only got 2 appearances for them though. He went on to go to a bunch of other clubs. His highest appearance was for Newport Country which was 65. He retired due to depression/mental health problems.

  • Pidgeley was born in Twickenham, London. He initially signed up with Chelsea at the opening of the 2002-03 season, and was loaned out to Watford between September 2003 and May 2004, a deal initially intended to last for two months, but which was extended to the end of the season. His made his Watford début on 4 October 2003, coming on as a substitute in Watford's 1-0 win at Crewe Alexandra after the dismissal of Alec Chamberlain.[2] Due to Carlo Cudicini being suspended,[3] Pidgeley was on the bench as Chelsea won the 2005 Football League Cup Final.[4] He then made his debut for Chelsea coming on as a substitute for Cudicini in the final home game of the 2004-05 Premiership season against Charlton Athletic. This meant Pidgeley was on the pitch as Chelsea were presented with the Premier League trophy as English champions.[5] Except for a League Cup game while on loan at Millwall,[6] Pidgeley spent the whole of the 2005-06 season at Chelsea. He spent the season as third choice goalkeeper behind Petr Čech and Cudicini. He was given the number 40 shirt by Chelsea, in reference to his time at Watford when they beat Watford 4-0 in an FA Cup match, with Pidgeley in goal.[7] He made his first starting appearance for the club in the last match of the season against Newcastle United at St James' Park, after Cudicini had suffered an injury in the pre-match warm up.[8] Pidgeley has previously been selected for the England under-21 squad. Pidgeley sought first-team football, and signed a three-year contract with Millwall in League One on 10 June 2006.[9] He became their first choice goalkeeper in the 2006-07 season, before injury and the arrival of new manager Kenny Jackett during the following season.

  • FIFA 2006 you could export your team on career mode into friendlies .. it was really cool to play against your friends using your team in Career mode plus once you finished 15 seasons in Career it have you the option to export your team for the last time with boosted stats on your players. I played a lot of FIFA 06 & the World Cup 06

  • Lenny Pidgeley retired in 2018 due to mental health problems. He played for a lot of lower league teams after Chelsea including Millwall, Woking, Bradford City, Exeter City, Newport County, and Forest Green

  • @BFordLancer 10:20 Lenny Pidgeley was a goalkeeper who played between 2003-2018 but last professional team he played for that wasn't semi pro was Forrest Green Rovers in 2016. So he was pro until then at least

  • Only 18 days until EA FC... Anyway, I haven't listened to FIFA 2004-2007's soundtracks (I will) but one of my favorite songs in FIFA 09 is Kids by MGMT. My selection for FIFA 11 is Paper Romance - Groove Armada. (I think for 10 it's "Head Straight") (I've listened to mostly songs from 09 to 17)

  • You should try playing FIFA from the late 90s to early 2000s. The controls were the same as today in terms of the pass and shoot button, but those were the days where tapping the triangle button repeatedly was your sprint button. The gameplay itself is more complex but from my experience from playing them for so many years, they get easier once you catch on. I’d love to see you react to FIFA games from that specific time period. If I were you I’d start with FIFA 97 and move up to FIFA 2001.
