Oaxaca cross walk light #2

As in any city, there are pedestrian crossing signs, but this one is a one-of-a-kind--it is located across from the Llano Park in Oaxaca and an intersection of Juarez (which is a very busy street). There is a long waiting period for when people can legally cross the street, and to make this point, you will notice that the figure depicted by the light, will tap it's foot and look at his watch while waiting for the light to change.
