One of my friends, Anji, is 8 years old, (I met on Roblox) had an abusive family. She would barely get fed, had to sleep on the floor, and she loves to read. She would always message me and one day she told me she was going to a new family, and she was so excited to actually get food for thanksgiving, presents for christening, and books to read. Then she one day messaged me and she said she thought that family wanted her, but after that, she has been to 3 other families, and she didn’t spend Christmas with a family in 2023. And now she’s back in the system. I’m her only friend and I hope she gets a family. ❤

Adoption centers should make it a rule to keep the siblings together. They are family. Splitting them apart is cruel. Kids should also be able to say if they want to go with that family or not after living with them for a bit.
