Thank you for joining me today! 🤎 Many of you ask if I live alone, and others say that my videos keep them company in their solitude. For me, lighting candles, bringing flowers home and surrounding myself with the things that make my heart sing help a lot when it feels a bit lonely. Today, I am sharing with you the second-hand treasures that I found on my last visit to Munich. Looking at them and knowing that I will give them a new life makes me so happy!

I've tried to respond to all comments and questions since I started my channel. I am very open and I don't mind sharing about my life. However, it is quite difficult to properly respond in the comments, even when the questions are well-intentioned. There are many of you whom I already recognise just by looking at your username and I'm happy to respond as much as possible. But after receiving several unkind and unfair comments-and because this channel is mainly for fictional stories-I reserve personal things for my Patreon page or Discord, where I can feel safe and among friends, without fear of being hurt.

    • Such a beautiful serene video I love the China it reminds me of my moms China back in Puerto Rico the pretty purple and blues and green flowers the crystal vases , I can just smell the fresh flowers and the clinging of the dishes the smell of clean sheets and the hot steamy iron ready to iron clean sheets ,I just want to close my eyes and be there again to feel how safe I felt and happy being young and no worries ! Some teenagers want to grow up so fast they have no idea how good it is to be a kid with no worries I was so blessed to enjoy my childhood even through tough times I always found the time to enjoy my friends my siblings and remembering my grandma back in the country in the hot weather just being there and enjoy the food etc i just tell them stop trying to grow up so fast enjoy your life it’s a short one take advantage of the little things !     • El 85% lo q hay en mi casa es heredado de mi familia, el 15% restante es "adoptado", cosas que habian dejado en la calle y otras de segunda mano.   • I left an abusive home life as a teen. I found a small over garage apartment that was furnished with cast-offs. I asked the grandmotherly landlord if I could maks some curtains and add some slipcovers to the fold down futon couch. She said yes. I SCRUBBED, SEWED AND THRIFTED. I invited her up for tea. Her face always seemed sad, lonely, but when she came for tea, she looked so surprised...and delighted! I had turned her little apartment into a sunny, restful cottage. She loved my floral dishes, the porcelain cups, the tiny desserts and sandwiches...and I loved her smile. We became friends and visited in the little kitchenette alcove. Your apartment is lovely. I love your vlogs and stories. I still recall what my teenage self realized as she felt safe, her little apartment serene, no shouts of anger, no need to "walk on eggshells" or try to hide. I laid in bed one sunny morning, looking out from my bedroom area window...that it was so much better to be at peace, to live life as you wished....that being happy, alone...was better than being miserable, together. Peace and blessings, to you...

  • A few years back my husband and I found a wooden shelf with an interesting carved design. We found out it was actually an elephant seat. I’m impressed you are repairing your fireplace. Not an easy task. Your biscuits look yummy. Thank you 💕

  • Indoora, many years ago when I was 13 my family traveled to Europe. During the winter months we stayed in a little village outside of Munich, named Kreuzpullach) My parents rented an upper floor of a large home. Your mention of Munich brought back wonderful childhood memories. The fabrics you choose for your stories are always so pretty. I have some handmade doilies and cloths handed down from past generations. I like to put them on my furniture. Thanks for another beautiful video.

  • Oh yes, handmade skirts are lovely and I love lace on dresses. I had a vintage 70s dress for over 20 years that had that on it and it was my favorite! I love all the tea cups you have. They are darling. The little book you are reading is also so cute!! I agree. I read children's books to my kids all the time and really it is for me hehe Shh. don't tell them.

  • It's really silly of me but my cottage dishes (not one matching the other), little bottles and boxes, scones and jam on doilies, the steam coming off my tea cups full of tea, teapots, ivy, candles lit in the early winter mornings, floral fabrics, ginghams, hand sewing, all kinds of lace, trinket boxes, wood, snow, cast iron stoves, canning, taking care of farm animals, a table and chair by the window that looks out onto the meadow. I could go on, sorry...

  • Good morning to you Indoora, thank you for this lovely restful video, there are lots of lovely items to find in thrift or charity shops. I enjoy looking for and caring for delicate lace and fabrics that I can use , also ceramics and pictures. I try not to overload so when items end up in the back of a cupboard as can happen I know it's time for me to pass it on. Yes spring is gradually coming in, the light and air make birds sing and our hearts lift and the first signs that Spring has sprung.. Hugs and Blessings to you my friend. 💚🌹

  • My first time to see your video. I am a romanticist by heart. Everything I acquire speaks to me. My favorite pastime is rummaging thru thrift stores. Something I found recently was a homemade shoeshine box. I’m positive it would still be on the shelf, had I not happened by. I like to think of the young man, who made and shined shoes; possibly earning a few nickels. I have been connected to this person by happenstance, ♥and think this would be the beginning of a wonderful fiction story.

  • I was not able to catch this yesterday, but today with the snow falling outside it is so cozy to watch. What wonderful treasures you have found. I love looking at the books from my childhood. My grandfather read "Das Hochzeitsfest im Wiesengrund" to me often as a child and I enjoy looking at it still today. perhaps you know it also? Your primroses are beautiful.

Yo lo he decorado con mi estilo pero dado que mis vídeos son en su mayoría historias ficticias, la cocina no va con el resto.   • Oh my vintage linens and my mismatched china! So many cannot understand my love for simple items from the past. But I love to thrift and I wonder, just as you do, who loved these things before I did? I have lived alone since 2006, but I am happy it is that way. The Bible states that we are to live at peace with all people, AS FAR AS IT IS UP TO US, (Romans 12:18), but unfortunately, some will not allow you to live in peace. As such, I have found that peace comes at a price that is worth paying.
