Back when they interoduced 7x elixer mode, people used goblin hut,furnace, bh, tomestone, lightning etc and it was so effective specially when it was a 2v2.

Probably an unpopular opinion: +2 levels Mirror wasn't really broken. With Mirror being unusable when the last played card was a champion , it could receive a second chance.
the reason they nerfed it, was because phoenix & monk were in the next update, so since they knew they were too op, especially phoenix, instead of nerfing them so that they wouldn't be op, they wanted to make more cash off of people instantly buying them, so they nerfed the mirror to prevent a toxic mirror meta

But Mirror was part of Phoenix meta because he was so OP that even for +1 elixir he was still very good. The same was with Night Witch release.

the problem with mirror being good is the fact that it’d always be good, or always be bad. it makes the strong cards in the meta stronger, which isn’t really fun to play against

the thing about the mirror is that it was only so good because of how good the e giant, it generally is only so good when there is a super good card, for example when the phoenix was prominent, mirror was the 3rd highest used card and that was after the nerf
The first second Havoc screaming cards and my phone’s volume was at 100%
5:04 i played when the witch was nerfed suddenly (never see balance changes on any supercell game) she pass from area to single target and was so bad that skeleton army a 3 elixir group that easily was killed by witch suddenly they destroy witch and make her useless until like a week after she recovered the area damage and become a decent card

I go by Havoc or Havok (and the variations HaVoK, HaVoC, 6HavoK9 etc) since 2000, when Diablo II was released. Now I understand why "recently" so many people asked me if I was a youtuber/clash of clans player. Who cares, I'll keep my name forever. Best of luck, homonymous.

My list. #1. Hog rider #2. Firecracker #3. Log #4. The rest. I remember trying to unlock E-wizard or log to counter sparky and princess back then. I climbed THREE ARENAS past the unlock point and never got them. Quit for like 3 years because of it. Personally I think they should bring back the mirror +2. Because it’s still kinda pathetic
Log or hog rider was not that op they were versatile but not game breaking like the rest
@@redkindalookinsust3107 you’re joking right? Log alone is so overused, it’s basically in every deck. Hog rider is incredibly OP and can literally 2-shot a cannon if it’s already somewhat damaged. There’s no hard counters to it besides tesla, which is finicky at best. And log has one of the longest balancing change lists in the game. Despite that it’s still in probably 85% of decks. Finally, I rest my case on the very fact that hog cycle exist, which now usually uses all 3 now that Evo-firecracker exists.
