This is MY way on doing Longshots. Many people asking me on how i do them, so now it's time to show off my way ;) I know that there are a few other methods, but this one works best for me :)

Thnx a lot mate, i did this myself on FIFA 11 cos the shooting was effective enough to go inside the goal but the shooting system on FIFA 12 is quite different and i couldn't do this anymore until i watched this, thnx a lot mate :) Keep it up

Two comments ... (1) Do you use manual / semi / assisted settings? I play on all-manual - and I sometimes wonder if the advice is still appropriate for my settings. (2) Do you have any advice about getting space? You say that I need to knock the ball forward and then sprint toward it before I attempt my long shot. But often the defense is too close for me to have enough room to knock the ball forward. Thanks - I am an avid follower of your channel. Keep up the good work!

Once again great tutorial How do you aim the shot so well, because whenever I aim it into the corner it always is off by miles? Also are you using the finesse shot for these longshots or the power shot?
I am from The United States and I personally love hearing people from other countries and nations speaking English because their accents are awesome! But it also shows that they are talented enough to speak 2 languages! in fact i watch some of Patricks' german videos and try to pick up on the language:D

How do you aim the shot? I always feel kinda lost cause you must be quick to choose the side you want to put the ball, and its confusing if you aim with the left stick when pressing the shot button or after pressing it... could you explain this? Also, very nice tutorials, I've bought the game this week and I'm rly enjoying seeing your videos! Another subscriber! :)

loving the tutorials, i've finally beaten celtic; i really can't stand them!!! any advice on scoring penalties and saving penalties; i can't get my goalkeeper to move and when hitting ball it's just down the middle. thanks

Sorry for the spammy comments but when you flick the right stick, the player automatically runs onto it without the need to hold R2. If you flick if forward and hold L2, it will smash it with the correct foot, regardless of the balls position, nice tut :)
