Just watched this video again and I thought I would let you no something you could try with this guy so he can get a good workout in if he’s that much stronger then you and this is what we do at our club, so I will put the strip on with a way stronger person then me and put the buckle on their hand and then use your left hand to hold the strip at the same time as arm wrestling with your right arm but put the buckle low on the hand because it attacks their pronator a lot ,
