I'd be completely content living in the boat house!
Same man
The way I see it, just doesn’t get better than this 👏
Try Norway...
Nice
Muy hermonzo!!
I would tear it all down, and build an Earthship into the rock wall... and use the rest of the land for gardens with greenhouse. Herb, spices and vegetables. Now the land is functional and fulfilling its' purpose, for good, hard working serious people who love the off-the-grid homestead. The boathouse would remain, but be transformed into a space of work and function; curing, drying, harvesting, fishing stuffs, doing the scholastics of hunting. :)
Stay in the US, you’re not wanted here.
Mashaallah ❤️
Nice place and it’s in one of the best countries in the world
The boathouse was the highlight of this video. The main house didn't add much in layout or design.
Do they take EBT…
The main house is kinda boring except for the nice enough views. The boat house has more personality, in my opinion. I'd rather just live in the boat house.
Yes it's on a lake, but it needs a pool, especially for small kids and a hot tub. This is canada, lakes are cold.
Living on a houseboat drivable is less expensive than this.
What country is this house in?
Canada
100 miles north of Toronto Ontario Canada
A great place to sit and ponder what the poor people are doing.
So very true!!! 😅
As a poor person, I wish them happiness and would never hold a bitter thought towards someone who is able to enjoy such luxury. I wish we all could do so. This comment just sounded incredibly bitter and jealous
The person who owns this is the person who went out and busted his ass and didn't worry about other people's money
@nuancematters you can go work hard
@@joshmitchell5225 I do...and will continue to do so until I, too am able to buy my little slice of paradise.
Why do I need to turn the volume on my computer down to almost nothing for a real estate ad with no talking?
How many bedrooms ?
SHOW👋
Rich and wealth is to different things this is pure wealth rich left long time ago 😂😂😂
* * I would be interested but not more than $6M (USD) * *
This is not the "cottages" I remember.
What freakin state is this in? I shouldn't have to go looking for something so basic. Just reference it in one place in the description below the video or in the beginning of it. I have no idea where Muskoka Lakes is, but it looks beautiful. I see this problem in these youtube videos all the time. Pretty basic stuff.
Canada, north of Ontario
Apparently it’s in Canada.
There are 3 big lakes about 150 miles north of Toronto, the lakes are Muskoka, Joseph and Rosseau, My friends in the USA call this area the Hamptons of Ontario, big bucks on these lakes, you can easily spend $10,000,000 on a nice place in this area. If you are in area there are tour boats available. Cottages are common in Ontario with more lakes than the rest of the world, the count is 65,000+ if you didn't know. I personally find a lot of the places in Muskoka to much unless you can afford staff for maintenance.
Canada
Poor Nate, had to use Google and was completely challenged. 😂😂😂😂
Why would anyone want to sell this property?
Financial issues or life changing events 🤷🏻♂️
Sad. First, the music is not really the mood you're going for. Too much buildup w dramatic slow motion shots, no thanks. Nice house, nice location, 12 acres would be great but... there's something sad about it all, I can't put my finger on it. I'm from Ontario and know this area (Lake Rosseau). There are treasures for sure but I guess I got spoiled going to Norway a couple summers in a row... I bet the price is the worst part of this listing.
So sad it’s in Canada
Canada is great
The only sad thing I can think of about this property is the cold northern winters.
Gee, you guys should look to buy in the Middle East , warm all the time , no snow , you’d love it !!
Anyone interested.
Very nice I think the property should be opened up a bit to use more of the 12 acres instead of it just being treed 🌳
Buy it and do whatever you want to
the architect firm responsible specializes in senior citizen's homes, and have run out of ideas...........the theme music perfectly matches the design........BORING
Millions of dollars for just a place to enjoy summers outside of Toronto. Kinda of a waste of money.
Canada. Hard pass.
I'm sure they feel the same about you
Your right, we do feel the same way.
Canada? Hot+Cold running Socialism/Communism?
Really…Socialism / Communism - and uneducated comment…sad!
Little Petee is part of the ignorant uneducated group that only say stupid things
@@Rick-kb9svspoken like a true left wing elite LOL Canada is dying, foreign investment is disappearing, real estate is dropping, inflation is climbing, wages are stagnant, energy sector is being sent to a regulated death and you still think Canada is on the right track? Not hard to guess the way you vote LOL
Every a hole and his brother doesn't have a handgun. No race riots. No looters shutting down cities. Sorry, it doesn't feel 'American'.
