Hey Ken, at 2:20 you explained the same situation I have. I realized that I was liable to hypochondria. With this mental condition you basically "make" illnesses with your mind. I think all the symptoms you feel are made from overthinking the "feeling" of certain internal organs. Usually you don't feel your organs, but if you focus enough you can detect a feeling of the mass of the organ. This feeling makes you think it's heavy, (because you aren't supposed to feel it) and than you make the assumption that something's wrong. Now in your head you made a completely normal "feeling" hostie by connecting a negative tought to it, and you start to consiously think of that feeling, which will make you uncomfortable. After you started to feel uncomfortable you will start to think of the worst things that can happen if that organ has an "uncomfortable" feeling. With all of this negative overthinking in your head connected to a completely normal feeling, you will start to make actual symptoms you feel and you will start to overtink that and this way you'll make it worse and worse until you see a doctor that will say "nothing's wrong". The only way I could stop this overtinking is by getting snapped out of it by my father, who asked if there weren't any psichological causes of these symptoms. After i heard that I instantly realized I was thinking of this random feeling for days and it was always in my mind. As I remembered how I used to feel my body I realized this feeling was completly normal and it all stopped. If this is your problem, I hope I snapped you out! :)

Conventional doctors aren't useful for more complicated health issues you should try getting your health 10/10 (research on optimum diet, optimum sleep, get excercise regularly) and if the problem is still there then see a Functional Doctor(I'm saying get your health 10/10 first because functional doctors aren't cheap.
