He does use a cut off wheel for his cuts which is actually the harder way to do it.

Always loved the bare metal aesthetic, and the simply utilitatianism combined with complex designs, sounds like the blade could benefit from some silicone lubricant tho

nowadays it is very difficult to find a knife maker who forges his knife without grinding. I know the use of modern tools produces quality knives, so I conclude that knives made with modern tools are like photo printing, whereas forged knives are like paintings.

Can't imagine the blade could hold an edge for long being copper. I really don't know but I do know copper is a soft metal. I love the art as well as my knives. You make it look so easy yet I wouldn't know the first thing about what your doing but I love it. Many Blessings.

I would suggest one thing ; clean all the rust and dirt off the steel first with the sanding belt, or even just rubbing it on the floor, before using it on your surface grinder. Your precision grinding wheel will thank you.

how did you figure out you could do that angle grinder technique safely? wow. Its really slider though and not a folder right? Like the most badass knife box cutter ever.
