    • GSP is the GOAT. He avenged his only 2 losses. He was the best at beating you at your own game. Game plan genius much like Couture. Georges never failed a PED test in an ERA where basically everyone was on them. He left the sport on top. Greatest Welterweight champ we’ve seen. Even came back to grab the middleweight title. And that’s just inside the cage. The guy is a true professional that was ahead of his times! Thanks for this podcast

  • GSP's comments on confidence are really spot on!. Fear of failure can be double-edged. Fear can motivate you to train harder, study harder, work harder. Too much fear and you won't even attempt the challenge because you believe it is pointless and the outcome is already pre-determined. Too little and you won't put enough effort in to succeed. You need to find that balanced middle ground to reach your absolute potential.

    @mickthelick5788@mickthelick57882 жыл бұрын
    • Gotta just let the fear flow as well 👊🏼

      @triocha233@triocha233 Жыл бұрын
    • It's indeed a double edged sword. That fear is also known as the ego. You can use it, or it can use you. Funnily enough success and doing more are not synonymous with happiness. Doing just enough and learning to enjoy life with the people around you does that. Some people just need to achieve success before seeing it, or before being able to do it whatsoever. Being successful is a public service, inspiring others to the detriment of your own happiness.

  • This CD has three separate relaxation/meditation sessions on it kzhead.infoUgkxzpa8CIfZcihW4Z0F_ja0QF3W9KIatrsq guided by a very pleasant and direct male voice. Unlike so many other products of its type, this CD does not have bad synthesizer music, does not feature a phony or affected style of narration, and does not make any bogus claims to be subliminal or to re-train the brain or any of that balderdash. What you get is 1. a guided meditation for getting into a pleasantly relaxed state of body awareness while taking a stroll (superb for those easing back into a fitness routine slowly after an illness or injury) 2. A nice long breath-awareness relaxation session that if followed diligently can put you into very deep states of full-body relaxation and mental calmness, and 3. a buddhist-inspired meditation session designed to help you develop and maintain feelings of loving kindness toward not just yourself and your friends, but toward people you don't even like. The CD makes no claims to be designed for advanced meditators or for buddhists or hindus/yoga practitioners looking for very deep and esoteric stuff. It is geared more toward the average person who just wants to develop the habit of relaxation and stress relief through natural, healthy means. him, if you happen to be reading this, keep up the good work fella, and I love your accent. I would also like to note that I have never fallen asleep while listening to this product. I would like to kindly suggest to the reviewer who said this CD makes him fall asleep, that he might want to get checked to see if he has a sleep disorder, or if he is simply not setting aside ample time for restful sleep at night. A healthy person getting adequate rest at night should be able to go into deep states of mental relaxation without dozing off, if not all the time, then most of the time.

Peace is the answer to almost every question in my opinion, but since some people aren't capable of finding and being peaceful, the least we could do is learn to defend ourselves without excessive energy and physical damage, leaning towards a peaceful self defense, thus perpetuating peace and teaching a potential serial violent attacker a valuable lesson and possibly changing the course of their mindset? • I love gsp's analogy on confidence. So true, and confidence can only be gained in the gym, sparring and the fight itself especially. Its a delicate but also super powerful state of the minds emotion that needs to be protected, fed, maintained and built upon. If one is confident and technically, fundamentally sound they're deadly. It takes a split second mental lapse to get caught by a shot or submission and that precious confidence that took year's in some cases to build, is up in smoke
