if the vehicle isn't usable in tuner races, then i'm guessing it's not usable in tuner contracts too?
It may not be usable in the tuner street races (I don’t know), but I just tried it out on one of my custom races and it does show up when you select the Tuner class

as a 5th gen prelude owner, i was really hoping they went with the 5th or even 4th or 3rd gen! but its awesome seeing the prelude get some recognition in general and they made this one really well!

I love all the bosozoku (bozo) style exhaust options. Not personally putting any of those on mine but I think they are "neat" and I am glad R* includes that kind of wacky style from Japan.
I don't like that style normally, I am considering getting this and doing a full bosozoku build with it. It just needed a gatcha hood to be perfect for it.
@@rocksteady2263 lol, I said I wouldn't but I did. This is the first car I ever cambered the wheels on. I got the Stance Andreas livery, the hood option DCA didn't like. I love watching DCA's videos but I laugh at his style vs mine cause often when he hits an option and basically says 'eew!' That's the one I like. Not every time but often enough.
they are fun, but any car that has them has the far away camera...even in the 1st 3rd peron view, the default view is far away to fit the "bosozuko" options.. just look at the Remus default view and how far it is compared to 2013 cars.

Rockstar really needs to start adding more Japanese classics. Not just the 90s JDM icons but stuff from the 70s and 80s. Would love an R31 or R30, a MK3 Supra or the MK2 Supra-Celica, the S12 or S110 Silvia, the Mazda Cosmo, some Datsuns, the MR2, Mitsubishi GTO or 2000GT, the Mitsubishi Starion, the KGC10 Skyline, FC RX7, the Mazda Luce, the Laurel, Soarer, and my personal favorite the 8th Gen S130 Toyota Crown. We need more of those in GTA. Even some ‘newer’ cars like the RX8 and the S15 Silvia would be nice. Maybe even some Kei kars like the Suzuki Cappuccino, the Nissan PAO and Figaro, the Autozam AZ1, Honda Beat and Honda City (with the Motocompo), the Subaru Rex. The list goes on.
I can agree with all of these, especially the FC RX-7, MK3 Supra, Cosmo, and others, especially the Kei cars, I've always wanted a Hiace or any kei truck/van really, I'd also love a Toyota Crown, I've always wanted to make an 80s/90s Japanese taxi/executive sedan lol, another vehicle I'd love to see is a better looking Karin Rebel, basically a more stock 80s Toyota Pickup, maybe even a camper version or something since I've heard those are popular in California
I agree with all of these. It would be nice to see a Mazda MX-5 Miata, Mazda 626, Mazda Lantis, Mazda Familia/323/Protégé in GTA 5.
I got a 1992 S130 Crown in VIP Style I would like them to add something like that w a Japanese Taxi Cab livery.
As cool as the 78 Prelude is, I would've wanted the 1989 Prelude with the pop up headlights. My dad had one years ago and it was super fun to ride in. I really wish he didn't get rid of it 😞

Considering how dense the GTA car community has become during the age of GTAVO and how Rockstar has clearly been catering to our creative needs and desire to have cars that look a lot like the real thing, I'm hoping they hit the ground running in this area when it comes to car customization in GTAVI. You can tell they tried to take it easy in the beginning for GTAV not going too crazy with customization, and not making cars look too much like one car or another for the most part, they've since evolved tremendously and I hope that continues/enhances in GTAVI.
The customization of the cars in the leaked footage is crazy. So much interior customization.

Agreed. I'm really hoping we have wheel size options, suspension options that include lowering AND lifting cars and different wheel finish options for each wheel like glossy, matte, polished, brushed etc.

@@DNALBN careful bro I doubt R* will allow us to customise that much , I think that footage was just the developers making sure all the part of the interior are detailed and positioned in the right way , that said though I think we're looking at much higher detail in customisation just not to the degree that you saw in the footage , just my opinion

i kinda like how the corner lights on the bumper work, They work as daytime running lights, But they work though. That's a nice little touch
If only they had rear marker lights too, I'd love to see more working marker lights on cars, maybe in the next game lol

My man DCA, wanted to say love your vids regardless and all the hard work you put in, keep it up man but i wanted to propose an idea. Would you ever do something like garage wars? Something new and fresh during car meets or as it's separate series. (To add to the idea, maybe you could do a bracket, starting with a round of 16 and so on. Would love to see that!) Also can't wait till you do some meets on xbox too

This car drives really nice. Probably my new favorite FWD car.
Happy to see a prelude added into the game, though I am wondering why a first gen as opposed to the arguably more iconic later generations, even the last gen was respectable. Either case, hopefully we can see an integra sometime soon

I cannot believe DCA made a two tone build for the first time in his life no immeadiate xeons either.. this looks promising.. aww, deducting points for the immediate limo tints, never black out a car if it isn't already full black or is security/privacy themed! I’ve heard the Postlude and new Kanjo are new tuner cars. I wonder if some of the unreleased cars might be as well but who knows. But it kinda sucks that R* doesn’t pretty much make previous dlc cars also tuner cars such as the sultan rs and the elegy retro considering their customisation options

The goofy ass camera on certain cars is due to the Shakotan exhaust options.

I am not mad at R* anymore for skipping two weeks. With the unwanted leaks I feel bad for them. Plus they gave us two cars, not my cup of tea cars, but it means were closer to 10F, Sentinel and Rhinehart. Btw you can also lower these new cars in the interaction menu. Imagine it lowered with the camber, lmao
For anyone considering buying one of these to use in tuner races, you can't. The Postlude and Kanjo SJ were both released with a bug that prevents their use in tuner races. Oddly, you CAN use the stock versions of both without issue, as the bug only affects the custom versions. It's been 8 months now and Rockstar still haven't patched this.
I found out that Eric Harris' car was one of these but 3rd gen and I thought that was awesome so I bought it

i was gonna buy this one but after hearing the exhaust note i was sad ngl, they honestly shouldve done the 01 prelude type sh and fix exhaust note would have been way better in my opinion.

They really need to add the second generation honda prelude (1982-1987) and have an option between the si sport model and the normal model.
I had one of these Preludes... wish it was this fast. Funny how the front wheels barely turn in the game. The wheel turn doesnt match the track of the car.

Rockstar pushing the legal limits because this is nearly identical naming for prelude being postlude. Though it legally distinct enough to not get sued but i am impressed they went ahead and call the car exactly what it base off on.
