Castano should of edged this dude out. He threw and landed more and power shots were abundant. Wobbling means nothing. In actuality Castano was wobbled a few times and Charlo was as well. The difference is he had the ropes to lean on where Castano is at center because he is the aggressor and his aggression was more effective than Charlo’s poor mans rope a dope. Hence Castano should I win this one.

That’s the thing about sluggers tho, he couldn’t be as active in the championship rounds. If he takes a couple of those middle rounds off, and saves more energy for 10-12 it would’ve been a clear win for him and I was rooting for Charlo. Hella excited to see the rematch

Love Charlo but I thought he loss. Charlo let the smaller man walk him down the whole fight. Jermell was waiting to counter instead of pressing the action. That's a bad habit that boxers known for counter punching fall into, if they don't find an opening to counter then they don't let their hands go, a la Charlo, Broner and Danny Garcia.

Lopsided number for sure but even if it's a closer number and he still scores it for Charlo, it's a draw. I was good with the draw. Both fighters had their moments. If Charlo drops Castano in either of those rounds he wins. If Custano finishes stronger 10 through 12 he probably wins. Good fight, I have no issues with the call. When it ended it wasnt clear to me who the winner was. Let's do it again.

Couldnt score with his jab as he barely threw it and got rocked twice and conversely never really had Charlo in any deep trouble. Good fight, could have gone either way. I was good with the decision. I'm from the UK and I'm just glad I got to witness the best fighting best in boxing. Honestly, from a observing the sequence closely in slow mo I think Charlo was just evading the rest of Castano's attack by ducking. I didn't see any sign of his legs being gone to the point where he needed assistance from the ropes. He definitely showed he has a chin. On the contrary, @0:15 you can clearly see that the ropes held Castano up after he was hurt by that vicious counter left hook.

Every single great fighter in the history of the sport has been in a dog fight that could have gone either way as far as Judging. This 'exposing talk is an expression that belongs to newbies. . Having said that, the Judge that scored 117-111 Charlo should be investigated.

They weren’t gona let Charlo lose to a 16-0 fighter in his own state. That’s why this fighters like castano need to work on ko power cuz goin the distance with the A side isn’t gona cut it.

I would not call it a robbery per se. It was a very close fight and what made it close inmho was those two instances when Charlo had Castano in trouble. Had not been for that, I think Castano wins pretty comfortably.

Castaño landed more power punches than Charlos power punches and jabs combined. Castaño clearly won and the 111 to 117 card was crazy as hell I knew it was some BS as soon as I heard that.

watch it again. In R8 Jermell dodged those deadly hooks. R10 Brian barely dodge and always got hit by jabs and uppercuts see the flaws of Brian. R11 Brian took those punches, gassed out and couldn't do any shit.
Ref should’ve counted a knocked down in rnd 2 after that second left hook Brian landed. Charlo only stayed up because of the ropes.
