For me the only times I thought Roman was gonna lose the titles was 4 Times Triple Threat at WM 37 The Match With Daniel Bryan on an Episode of Smackdown Drew at Clash At The Castle and Cody at Mania 39
Drew and Cody were the only ones where it *trully* felt like it was gonna end. I guess any of the defenses before the title became a record-setting title could also be seen as possibilities for him to lose it.

Still would’ve made sense for Cena to possibly win because John Cena, other than Brock Lesnar’s is another guy who can really be a tough opponent for Roman reigns. And they could’ve made Cena when the title and then give Roman reigns a rematch at the next pay-per-view and he could’ve lost it so he could’ve won his 17 throw title. Couple points about this list, many people have also mentioned that they think most of the times you've chosen were unrealistic for Roman to lose. 1 . I didn't think Cody would win at WM39, but I did think Drew had a chance. 2. Cody winning at WM40 felt guaranteed once it was announced. As a side note, I did think for a split second that Lesnar could've won the WM38 match once he locked in the Kimura Lock.
