100 Year Old Mildred Shares Life Advice on Sherri's TV show
We had a blast on Sherri's show. Mom was without a censor sharing her life advice. Fans were waiting to get a photo with my mother outside as she was getting into the car. They were screaming her name. I just loved seeing her get all this attention.
Her wisdom on life and longevity is her recently released book MILDRED'S MINDSET which out widely on all online platforms.

I'm 53 year's old and I have been in a hurry to get to heaven for year’s and even more so since my father died on March 25, 2018. But this "101" year old ball of life makes me want to live this life for as long as the good Lord will allow and I just want to laugh a whole lot more! 😂😂😂❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Age is but a number. This lady is as bright as a spark……. My mums uncle lived to one hundred , and her auntie lived to one hundred and five. Good genes.

You should meet my mom’s cousin Melvin Corren. He’s 100, his adorable brother is 97 and they live at home. They are so charming, smart, and sweet! You would love to have them on. We live in Stockton, Ca. Melvin is a fabulous writer, and a WWII vet with wonderful stories about his long, healthy life.

@@morocco34yes people think they have to fill in the pause with older people but forget that this is just how it is. You have to let them talk and take the time they need. Slower conversation is totally fine - the audience understands
