Thank you for a great reaction & insights! I Agree with them. Dimash really shines in neoclassical crossovers. Still, I prefer him to do all kinds of music, pop too. He continues to improve in everything he does and it's great to see & be with him on this musical journey! So exciting. Keeps things fresh. Lighter songs are also needed, for example at concerts to cheer people up between epic shocking masterpieces. I loved what you said about Dimash's humanity. I feel the same. It is the core of Dimash's personality, and beautifully shows in his works. They often deal with important human issues, have beautiful humanity and always a sense of hope. Dimash is essentially a universal soul. He has a very wide view about the world, both physically and spiritually. His works are more universal in their meaning, rarely about just personal experience. So they speak to the whole humanity, despite cultures or religions. In my opinion, this is what makes Dimash truly great - an artist on a universal scale.

Thank you for your reaction to Dimash, it has been awhile. Personally, he is much more than vocal perfection. As you said, his stage presents and his emotional input works together and draws you in, even without understanding the lyrics. I like the fact that he doesn't limit himself to one particular genre. His last few uploaded songs on his KZhead channel shows his versatility; Omir Oter, Okay, Zhalyn and The Story of One Sky. They are all different. He can sing anything ..love him..but I totally agree this genre enables him to shine. I love alot of different genres so I'm not insulting pop by any means when I say that when DIMASH sings pop it's almost beneath his ability BECAUSE of the callibre of vocalist he is because there's only so much you can do with a pop song. He can sing the phone book and sound amazing but it will inevitably limit him. Please check out his new one ..another song that is underplayed but worth a listen is passione..the version with Igor on stage...also please check out the story of one sky..it's epic..truly profound. This song is called “The love of tired swans” and was one of the early collaborations between Dimash & composer Igor Krutoy (the pianist here). If I remember correctly this was at the Kremlin. I’d definitely recommend Dimash’s newest MV “The story of one sky”, available on his YT channel. It’s a masterpiece with a message that needs spreading, especially in today’s world. It’s been reported that Dimash spent 3 years and over $7 million (USD) on it.

Personally I can’t rule out a translation issue with that claim since large number words can get confusing, or that it’s perhaps not actually US$ being referred to. Mr. Boyd, always good to see you. The next thing by Dimash I would love to see you do is The Story of One Sky. Dimash spent 3 years composing the music to this song. It is a 12 minute video and yes that is long for a video but it is a message that today more than ever needs to be seen by as many people as possible. It is a very intense video often bring people to shock and tears but at the end you will see a message Dimash is trying to express to the world. He is also the main actor and he does a suburb job. It was reported that the video cost 7 million to produce but again, he thought the message was important and he is correct.
