It’s not Pierrot. Pierrot sucks. It’s the whole gang of animators and visual artists that barely sleep so they can give love to the series. Pierrot is just a building and the people who own it. Pierrot just gives a deadline, nothing else. This episode is an outlier and if anything, we should be thanking the people who animated the cuts and did the editing.

Outside of a few freelancers, most animators who worked on this episode are in-house veterans ( Hiroyuki Yamashita, Ken'ichi Fuzisawa, Hiromatsu Shuu... etc) also established ones such as ( Kana Ito, Chengxi Huang... etc) even the digital compositing were done by Pierrot's in-house photography team ( D.A.R). Pierrot's animators are some of the best in the entire industry, Yamashita, Kobayashi and Norio Matsumoto are considered legendary by everyone. Please, educate yourself on the subject before making more ignorant statements. Smh

Sheesh the art and animation of this episode was stellar. It's on the same level of Episode 65, if not better.
If we are talking about art and animation this ep was definitely better, the ep 65 got most of its hype from the fact that we see naruto and sasuke fight together.

@@Ollie121299OnPC definitely gotta disagree, although many of the filler arcs (bar the first one) are weak to straight up poor, the canon story so far has been really good. Boruto has a lot of potential but at the same time it simply isn’t Naruto, I don’t want it to be the same, but I do want it to be as good. I hope it can get there, but for now, it’s not doing a horrific job of it.
