Nah i don't think there is an additional eyeshadow there. Her crease line creates somewhat brownish shade to begin with, so it gave an even more brownish appearance when copper shade was added

I think it's because the main clientèle of Chanel products in now in Russia and Arabia. They like this golden opulent glitter style. Women in the West usually prefer a bit more understatement, but Chanel doesn't care.
