I love Makenna's story! My daughter made the hardest decision of her life when she chose adoption for her baby in 2003. It was Hollywood week, McKenna was telling her story about finding her birth Mom & her family! Four days prior my daughter got a message! There are 6 of us texting like crazy, tears of joy while listening to McKenna story while texting my grandson!

I think some of you are listening to her through rose colored earbuds, lol. I loved her audition, but this performance was really meh. The judges are really pushing people toward her though. The guy that sang after her blew her out of the water.
Based on her few performances, she could be top 10. She’s got what it takes.

Best solo performance of the season! She's really authentic and I loved the song choice. That was so personal and emotion. I felt every word she sang. She belongs in the finale.

That made me cry and that is not an easy thing to do because I never cry for any. Thing. Her voice is phenomenal in a way. I can't even describe but because her ability to touch all the notes. And go through all the different tones, even pace Tanner soprano. Alta, she's got it all like. Her voice is every instrument ever made. In one person's throat that is insane. I hope she wins and if she don't. She needs a contract seriously. I think she's my favorite singer of all time. And I love music, so I'm very critical when it comes to singers. Especially female vocals and I just have to say she's probably one of my best. Ever.

I think Katy means she’s worried about her voice giving out. I used to take vocal training and that crossed my mind also. Hopefully she’s singing properly with the larynx in a relaxed position. I hope so because I love her singing!
