LZPC precast concrete housing technology is the very fast construction method and green technology ,
1. it is specially for ground houses and 1-3 storey houses or villas , suitable for large amount housing projects in different countries .
2.all of the house panels and elements are 100% precast in factory ,then transport to site and assemble the panels to houses by high-strength bolts .
3 it no need setting formworks on site , no need any casting-on-place concrete , no need construction equipments , only 5 workers can finish a house within a day by a small auto crane .
4. LZPC precast concrete house is strong enough , seismic grade 7-8 . Typhoon resistance class 16 or 17 , can live for hundrends of years no problem .

  • This is a great plan for of grid if is very affordable including installation and of coarse there might be a few alterations for collecting rainwater installing solar panels & plumbing but the idea concept is there love the heated floors great for a cold environment

    • The possitive thing is that this type of houses last generations. Also are fireproof, plus are excellent protections from tornados or earthquakes. Also you almost never have to suffer from shrinking unless is built bad. You build to last

    • @@genepatrick4232 shrinking is when something suction in. Like when you pour concrete and you fill the form with it flush the concrete with the edge of the form. Then when it dried you see like concrete surface had lower 1/8 of an inch from the edge of the form. Like the concrete sucked in, or compressed. When you you caulking same thing You some of them in the seams and after dried then you see like the seam sucked in the product.

    • @@genepatrick4232 if you see videos videos of masonry there are principles you can apply to build a small home weather proof and against tornados, earthquakes. Usually homes in the U.S are made in wood. Sadly is this the reason they didn't stand the tornados of Texas and Oklahoma. However buildings are build to last. Why americans don't use masonry in those states to build their homes from foundation to roof? Is a little more expensive, and takes more time to build. However in the long run, is cost efficient because you build something that protect you from strong storms. That will also save money on home insurance.

  • كفكرة ممتازه وسريعة جداً وقد كان بيتنا القديم سكنا فيه من عام ١٩٨٤ م لغاية ٢٠١٥ يعني ٣١ سنة لاكن سلبيته ناقل للحرارة والبرودة دون عزل كما انه غير قابل للتوسعة

Aposto que cada peça dessa tem seu próprio código. Vai ser o maior sucesso.
