And even more amazingly, the rest of the drivers managed to not spin there at all, making Alonso, at best, the second worst driver at this part of the track.

@@bbtodd 0.548 slower in Sprint Quali, 0.770 in Japan Quali, only outqualified Alonso due to damage in Australia (which is still a W to Lance even if Lance was 0.385 slower in Q1 & 0.070 slower in Q2), 0.726 slower in Saudi Arabia (And also crashed in the race, something which an 18 year old rookie didn't do) and 0.399 slower in Bahrain.

Sorry, just not a fan of the 360 cameras. Too uncomfortable to watch with the swinging around and stretched lens effect and the sound is terrible. It's harder to judge the vehicle speeds and positions like this than with fixed cameras.

@@MR9Mouhib Alonso wasn't in exactly the same situation. Funny that. It was a different situation entirely - you can tell because the car, driver, and time of day were all different. And even more amazingly, the rest of the drivers managed to not spin there at all, making Alonso, at best, the second worst driver at this part of the track.
I don’t think it was that impressive, pretty sure he could have kept it off the wall completely if he didn’t lock the brakes all the time. With the locked brakes the steering angle doesn’t really have an impact anyways

Since Honda will supply the engines for Aston from 2026, Yuki would be more likely. On top of that, there would be room for Lawson at VCARB. A win-win for the whole of F1. But who knows what's coming. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for Danny!

Next race all cars have added 1 kg due to "Stroll Alarm" with a flashing light, cameras and display in the cockpit with "Stroll Approaching" flashing like crazy
They have beeps in their earpieces that go off when a car is on either side, but when those sensors detect Stroll, they get a screaming child indication

Missed the opportunity to include Fernando's save side-by-side with Sainz's crash (not that I liked to see him crash, mind you). Similar cornering, similar slip, different results. although Carlos also did manage to minimize the damage.

Sorry, just not a fan of the 360 cameras. Too uncomfortable to watch with the swinging around and stretched lens effect and the sound is terrible. It's harder to judge the vehicle speeds and positions like this than with fixed cameras.
Alonso locks up and it catches out Russell, Piastri and Riccardo but they all avoid contact until stroll crashes into them. Then there’s Hulkenberg who sees it coming and tucks nicely down the inside.

Race engineers should just start reporting Stroll's location when they are close to the driver, along with such hazards as where there's debris, where an accident occurred, where it's raining, etc. With the exception of Stroll's engineer of course.
