Me during the video: "Oooh that's a new tool" "Oooh that's another new tool" "Oooh that's also a new tool" "Oooh he created his own tool"
That was me while watching. LOL!
Me too! Hahahahaha!
I was like damn! He got ALL the cool tools!
I never subscribe to restoration channels because I think they get repetitive. This guy whips out some new tool and that's why I am hooked to him. Also, mymechanics channel.
LOL

Tbh that looks like a brown recluse... 😱. Not a fan of spiders but this person is amazing at what they do!
****ABSOLUTE PERFECTION**** these restorations are beyond flawless Not only did he MAKE the balls- he created the tool to make them !!!
He is the best with restoring things
So good
I was so impressed with every step of the process; The choice of color was perfect, the decals were done perfect as well, and the making of a tool that can create spheres..? Ain't nobody else doing it like Rescue & Restore. Thank you for always sharing your amazing work with us, it's extremely admirable and is very much appreciated :D
Ah yes, my favorite antique necromancer is back
I tried to watch the other restorers on KZhead but it’s just not the same. I never skip any of his videos but I just find I skip a lot of the parts of the others.
@@ChaoticBad "TysyTube Restoration" and "my mechanics" are also very good
@@Szpryngu795 my mechanics is magic!
I recently found Odd Tinkering and I really like his videos!! He adds a lot of comedy without ever talking and does some electronic restorations as well!
@@ChaoticBad Hand Tool Rescue is another fun restorer, liked that so much I even ordered one of his home-made wrenches. He restores tools and machines to perfect working condition but leaving the vintage look. Rescue & Restore goes another direction and restores devices to mint condition better than they would have left the original store. There are some who criticise this but you have to admit he does an impressive job at it!
when someone is so good at restoring, that he restores all his tools and equipment to a point that the viewer thinks they are factory new - amazing.
Because of that I also like my mechanics.
I think he won the lottery!!
Agreed. Was just admiring how clean his workshop is !.
តើ😊 no worries j
Or maybe he keeps them well maintained? My grandfather did.
Your videos make me oddly emotional. The love and care put on each restoration up to the smallest details instead of giving up because it's "not worth it" really warms my heart, man
I just thought it was so cool that you MADE YOUR OWN TOOL to make the bingo balls. Wow! That's amazing to someone like me who knows nothing of metal restoration or machining. Great results!
Well Done. I had the honor of serving with your father in the Marine Corps in the early seventies. He turned me on to your channel, and is the bravest Marine I ever served with. Semper Fi Ship.

Watching paint dry has never been so amazing. Love your work!
Hi! I've always been a silent fan of yours but after watching this I just had to comment. Your dedication in your work is so inspiring. I am so satisfied of how complete you are in your equipment and how you use them to make your craft even more amazing! Love how it turned out. I've got a couple faves from your other restoration videos as well. 😍 Excited for more of your restorations to be uploaded! Stay safe and healthy. - Your fan from the Philippines 🤍

When you were building the tool to make the balls I was like “how is this going to work?!” Then I was amazed when all of a sudden wooden balls started appearing! Amazing!
YEAH ME TOO!!!!!!!!
Me too
My eyes were glued to the screen at that point as well. It was more satisfying to watch than I dared dream!
I know right! Watching the jig being made you're thinking, how is that gonna make a ball? XD
My cat loves this video. I don't understand because she has never cared about TVs and computers. But she watched this whole video beginning to end. She even stood up at the power washing part.
slipstream wtf weird
And he wakes up the next morning to find that all of his old and broken stuff has magically been restored. 🤔🤔🤔🤣🤣🤣 Next trend on KZhead "Cat restoration videos"...
Cat restoration videos would make the creator a billionaire, guaranteed.
Thats high praise (to be liked by a cat). Cats don't ever like anything, unless they can eat it. And even then, it's just a maybe.
@Celienet yup!
Your skills/restorations are amazing and impressive but the fact that you keep your tools, accessories, and machines so clean makes it that much more impressive! You’re the best at what you do compared to anyone else I’ve seen on YT! Thank you for sharing this with us.🙏☺️
I really appreciate that you do lead tests and show that you're doing them. It's a safety precaution that not a lot of KZhead restorers show and I'm glad that potential hobbyists are being shown that safety precautions are a normal and important part of working with old objects.
the king is back

“Bingo” That really creeped me out ngl but than I pissed myself after you put the camera toward the thingy

Ikr? I legit said, "The Freak are you there?!"
i got even more scared when the clown showed on camera :(

The one restoration channel I can watch. No lousy music , no awful narration and showing every step in the process.
21:00 is quite possibly the best "Wow!" moment I've had for ages! Well done!
This is TOP TIER restoring...never seen anyone else at the level of this channel. Very well done, best I've ever seen!

💯!!
Yep.
@@j4yd3nroblox57 Why are you reading comments if you care about spoilers
There was something quite emotional about that restoration. It harks back to a simpler time. Who knows where that little contraption was used and the hours of fun it gave. It looked magnificent when completed. A true skilled craftsman.
Wow looks great! And your collection of machines is jaw dropping!! Very cool!
Why does sand blasting look so therapeutic, I could honestly spend 8hrs a day every day doing this, it looks so worthwhile blasting years of grime.
Become a welder and remove rust. $$$$$$
As an IT guy, I could only watch these sand blasting video's...until one day I had the chance to sand blast for a couple of hours. And yes, it's even better to do it yourself.
@@HTCkiwi I have some baking pans, I suddenly crave to sand blast.
the clown at the end scared the hell outta me, still a creepy restoration
I just got into these videos....and that damn clown.....I was like, “wow, that’s a lot of balls..”....”BINGO!”.......”AAAAUUUGHH!!!!!”
I'm not kidding when I say this. The level of perfection that you display almost gives me tears in my eyes. I can't explain it. You're the Michael Jordan of restoration.
Wow! Seeing you make the balls (and tool to make the balls!) is simply impressive. I love the blue coating of the set as well; it looks beautiful! Great work! Well done!
Anyone else find these videos of his extremely soothing and relaxing??
The powder coating turned such an interesting texture when cooked! Also, never seen the water blaster before, cool!
Seeing the windshield wipers made me laugh
You do an excellent job of videography. The main rule of "show the people what they need to see when they need to see it" is exemplified in your work, whereas it is overlooked in so many "professional" TV shows! The level of detail you show is superb. Your camera is steady with no "swish pans" to make people seaskick! I commend you. Plus...what a difference it makes when you have the right tools for the job at hand. And you MADE a tool...basically a milling attachment--just like my dad would have done! He, too, made his own milling attachement for his lathe. I'm impressed.
It’s so interesting being able to see old items like this get taken apart and reassembled. It’s a unique opportunity to learn what makes them work!
"Huh, I wonder if he's going to buy plastic balls or wooden ones or--" "I shall make a tool to make the balls." "-- *nice* " PS: Love your new setup, man! Hope you get to rescue and restore many old things with all those awesome tools! :D
I mean it is just woodturning
@@slaughterman44 Well yeah, it is, but it's still several steps more than just buying some new balls. He could've easily just found some online but instead he makes some from scratch. I dunno, it feels nicer somehow.
I was hoping they'd be made of metal

Such a good video. I can’t stop watching the powdercoat part.
Thanks a lot, I really appreciate that.
I know right... it’s mesmerizing
So amazing
Absolutely the best restorer on KZhead, there are absolutely no short cuts, could watch this all day long, really amazing work!
OMG! I used to call Bingo at my kid's elementary school years ago. The school (to this very day!)has the exact same model sorter that you just restored. It is every bit as rusty and dinged and bent as the one you restored too. However, the side where the roller cage is on this one was "upgraded" to a glass sided box with electric air blower that randomly mixes and chooses a ball (not wood- more like ping pong density plastic so the air can move them inside). It would periodically overheat (there was a lightbulb inside) and begin to emit smoke mid game. Bingo is boring you say? Hah. This brought back some really fun memories and you did an excellent job restoring this old beast.🧯🔥💡 PS: Is nobody going to mention your little bingo buddy who skittered across at 00:08? I almost jumped a foot.🕷
I think this was the "show off the new toys" episode.
MagiaVW I think you mean thought
Man, I died a little but inside when you sandblasted off the original lettering but I knew there was no other way realistically...and then when you made all those balls by hand it blew me away! Beautiful work!
I’ve just found your channel about a week ago and I can’t get enough. You have the patience of a heart surgeon and a talent that is 1 in a billion. I’m in awe at every restoration. Thank you for sharing!
This is such a unique and interesting bingo set. I'm happy you chose to restore it! Probably the best video you've done, in my opinion.
I got excited to see the larger baking oven. I also enjoyed the squelchy water sounds from the power washer. I need to get out more. 😂
Memories_of_ Bunbury I loved its little windshield wipers 🥰

Someone got some new toys since his last video! The Hotcoat and the oven. I wonder if there'll be more!
ajmittendorf And the Vapor blaster.
@@MikeL-FL I noticed that, but I wasn't sure if it was new or if I just hadn't taken note of it before in his other videos.
ajmittendorf I think it’s new. I didn’t even know such a device existed before this video. 🤯
@@MikeL-FL Good point. I'm sure you're correct. I was just afraid of assuming too much. I'll let YOU be the brave one. LOL
A well equipped workshop & knowledge of what is required makes for a great job.
OMGosh! WOW!!! Outstandingly Amazing. You are incredible, ingenuitive and fabulously creative! This entire project turned out so perfectly. I will probably watch it again. You have the best toys to use what you need. A huge oven. An awesome sandblaster that does things I have never seen others do, such as the water polishing. You have a Cricut that you cut vinyl lettering and numbers for the number board. AND THEN you answered the question I had been wondering all along, "What is he going to do about the Bingo balls?". I know my mouth dropped open when you created your own tool, on a lathe as nice as your other tools, to make the Bingo balls! When you drilled out the metal for the tool, I thought, "wow you could make your own steel wool". 😆 This was one interesting and enjoyable video. Thank you so very much for sharing. Take care and stay safe. I wish I had watched this sooner but so very glad that I finally did. Much love for an awesome artist. 😊♥ Looking forward to more videos.
Glad you’re back! Those spiders though

So I seriously can’t believe that the red overlay graphic came off without tearing or ripping. That amazed me more than anything. Fascinating video! Amazing work and level of detail
After having a SUPER stressful week, this calmed me down. I love how it turned out!!!
I can't imagine the sense of absolute satisfaction this guy must had after finishing this project! Really complex and so many tools were used...not to mention the craftiness it required!

Same. Then the camera panned over to the creepy bank and I flinched backward in my chair out of anxiety.
