  • since natural gas comes out of ground with pressure, they could use that gas to spin turbines like rosch generator or other best efficiency generator to generate electricity from pressurized gas.

  • Dual fuel.. or using cheaper more poluting fuels whenever possible as much as possible, while slapping a 'green' LNG powered label on the side of your ship. Great!! Looks like progress, while not making any.

    • Most newbuilt ships are powered by the boil off LNG (ME-GI or XDF propuslion)
