I have been the same weight for a few yrs been stuck on 165 but I have notice my muscles growing and my clothes fitting differently many people have came up to me asking omg what are you doing you look great … and I just say I’m doing the gym 3 days a week and also home workouts two days a week and try n eat healthy … but my weight is always the same !!!
I have thyroid problem and losing weight seems to be impossible. I work out regularly and eat healthy and still weigh more than i have ever weighed in my life.
