“The 90 Day Test” for entrepreneurs

2019 ж. 30 Қыр.

Many of us think we are #entrepreneurs when we are in actual fact just #self-employed, At the Cape Town masterclass, we unfolded the structures one needs in place in order to #scale and we also differentiated between an entrepreneur and a person who is self-employed.
A lot of us ask ourselves question like, how do I know when my business has not scaled? #VusiThembekwayo will be answering that questions as well as elaborating on how one can approach scaling, starting with where you stand as an entrepreneur or self-employed person.
After watching this masterclass, would you still consider yourself an entrepreneur or are you self-employed?

  • What i love most about his Masterclass is there plenty of humor. It's not too serious 24/7 which sometimes can make people lose focus or get bored. I never miss any of these because of it.

    • I liked Rich Dad Poor Dad but I think it could have been 2 chapters instead of 10. The actual concept is very simple and i don't think it needed so much about his upbringing in Hawaii.

    • @@BasementDwellers if I may add why this books is super important. It teaches entrepreneurs how to set up systems that will allow them not to work in their business but on their business. Not having systems in place is exactly why the "bab khumalo spaza" dies when bab khumalo dies.I'd defenetely recommend this book to every aspiring entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs.

  • This was great, I'm at a stage where by after failings many times, I have came up with a strategy of analyzing what could go wrong and what would go right about taking a decision to implementing solution xyz to problem abc. At the back of my mind I feel I have no idea of 40% of what I do, but I have a clear vision of what my goal is and how it will look like/should when I get there, so each second I keep my mind focus and monitoring my progress, attempting to catch issues early possible by making sure everything is aligning to my goal. And getting clarity of things that are being done by those who have been there and realizing, ( I also being doing that too) kind of give one a little confidence and surety that Ill get there too.
