The story deals with how Don’s hands get the freezing power as he gets pressed under the ice blocks due to rats' mischief. Now after he gets that power he first chases rats & makes them into an ice-ball & throws them away. Secondly, we see Don has converted the whole sea into a huge ice-skating ring. Rats first try cutting it into half & then try to activate a frozen volcano mountain so that lava falls in the frozen ring & everything melts but at the last minute, Don freezes the lava too. Finally, rats make Don eat chillies resulting in melting his power. The whole frozen city melts & washes away the dogs while rats row away in their water tube
